Magical Vegas - help

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have been playing at this site for a few days and did not take any of the welcome offers, wagering around £2.5k. I was playing a slot at £3.50 stake and then upped to £7.00 for a while (c. £1k) - when I went to add more funds I noticed this 'Moolah' credit that I had available, which I could exchange for £9.00 cash / bonus with 25x wagering. Thought nothing of it and went ahead, obviously only lasted 1x stake as I was still on £7.00 spins. I didn't win anything and continued to deposit (£100.00 a time) then I did actually win a couple of £k. I am now worried because when checking the promotional terms (which are near impossible to find, only found on an email link from them) the max stake for wagering a bonus is £5.00.

The terms listed on the 'Moolah' section (titled 'info' and 'terms') do not have any mention of a max stake, just a caveat at the bottom saying 'General Promotion and Bonus terms apply' with no link to these terms. The standard Terms and Conditions which are the only ones that I could find on their website at the time do not mention bonus terms or a link to these terms.

The bonus status says wagering complete and I've requested a w/d but I'm really concerned. What are everyone's thoughts on this? The way I see it is I didn't win anything with the £9.00 but I did win with my own cash afterwards.

Where do I stand? Really dont want to get screwed.

Thanks

Hi mott84

If you won nothing from the £9 bonus and deposited your own money with no bonuses attached then you will not be bound by the max bet rule and your withdrawal should go through fine.

Was it definitely 0 you won from the bonus? Even a £1 win would invoke the bonus terms, a very little bonus but a bonus none the less that has wagering. But like I said if you won nothing then there would be no wagering and no bonus so you should be okay.

Hi,

Thank you for replying.

I really cannot be 100% that I didn't win anything, but I am almost certain. I've looked at my gaming / banking history and cannot see the bonus credit entry on the history, so cannot actually check!

If I did win £1 and the terms applied, what would happen to all of my deposits afterwards and prior to the bonus, do you know if I would get these back? Seems unfair even if I did get a £1 win!!

Hopefully this is a rule to remove the people who abuse bonuses and not for players like me that don't. It was £9 bonus in £2.5k of cash betting!

Will be outrageous if they dont pay out.

Anxiety is building ...

I'm assuming you won the few £K from your deposits after you played the £9 bonus right? You played one £7 spin? and then what a £2 spin before making another deposit?

Yes the winnings were from the deposits after the bonus was used. I didnt change the stake to £2 afterwards, just added more cash so i could continue with £7 stakes. I would have thought it would say that the wagering was not met but it says 100% complete?

How fair is this casino? It was recommended by a few sites so thought it was a fair place to play.

Thanks,

I've played there, deposited and withdrew a really nice sum actually with no problems at all. We've had 7 complaints registered 5 have been resolved and mixture of reviews.

Have you sent in your documents yet?

Thanks I'm hoping that's the case. They are of course a recommended casino and I can see they actively look into and resolve any issues fairly.

Yes they have my documents but not heard back and withdrawal still pending.

Is there a rep here?

Thanks again

Not that I'm aware of but I'll check with our other admin and come back to you with a name if we do.

Have you heard anything today?

Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers.

You raised some questions in your opening post which I'll try to answer in brief.

...Where do I stand?

I'm afraid you stand very close to having your winnings confiscated due to violation of one or more of the following terms:

  • Players are not permitted to place bets of 30% or more of the deposited amount and or including bonus funds in a single gaming round. Players deemed to be adopting such a strategy could potentially have their winnings removed.
  • Other examples of irregular playing patterns play for bonus play-through requirement purposes include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of Your total balance (including any given bonus) until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Should the Casino deem that irregular playing patterns have occurred, the Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses.
  • The maximum bet allowed when using a bonus (until wagering requirements are met) is £5, - per spin and £0.5,- per bet line.

The terms listed on the 'Moolah' section (titled 'info' and 'terms') do not have any mention of a max stake, just a caveat at the bottom saying 'General Promotion and Bonus terms apply' with no link to these terms. This is not quite true actually, clicking anywhere on the welcome bonus offer rules will lead you to the General Promotional terms page.

Sorry to be the bad news messenger here.

Cocopop, thank you.

ValDes, thanks for the response but I think you have missed a couple of key points from my posts;

1. I did not win anything with the bonus provided to me. I lost the bonus (which would have been voided because of the accidental over bet anyway) - I won all subsequent cash with my own, deposited funds.

2. My comment on the Bonus terms is very valid, you are saying that the terms are easy to find from the Welcome bonus rules - why would I be on the welcome bonus page when I didn't take one?

I appreciate that you are trying to help but based on my points above, mainly point 1 - I don't see how I can have my winnings confiscated.

The fact is that I did not win anything when I took the bonus, it was used up in one spin, at which point it would have become null and void anyway because I over bet. I then put further deposits in (as I didn't realise there was a max stake, my fault but I don't care about the bonus as I didn't win anything) and won the winnings.

Can you see my point?

Thanks

Is your withdrawal still pending? (we don't have an active rep I'm afraid)

Yes, I can see your point, although you are now revealing a lot more details than in your opening post... Anyway, if your balance was zeroed after playing with that bonus /balance reached 0.00 before making subsequent deposit/ I guess you are okay and have nothing to worry about... Except the speed of the aforementioned casino's payment team of course. :)

Hi both

Just to let you know that they paid out no questions.

Well done Magical Vegas. Refreshing experience after reading all of the horror stories on here.

The only bad thing for me is that I assumed based on these posts that I wouldn't get paid, so the other £3.3k was lost on their site!! Idiot

Glad they paid out although I'm slightly confused   I did say in my first post that I think you'd be okay and the withdrawal would go through. What £3.3K are you referring to?

But anyways, it's great news you have your winnings and thanks for keeping us posted.
