MarcoFernandez91
Hi guys. Why in some casinos is the ban on players from Mexico? The laws of our country allow you to play online casino or there is something else? Can you explain?
Afi4wins
Hi Marco! Welcome to Askgamblers forum. If the laws in your country do allow gambling in online casinos, then the decision not to allow players from your country lies in either one of 3 reasons. Firstly, any casino must obtain a Gambling License from the Mexican Government or Controlling Authority before the casino can take in any Mexican players. Secondly, the casino management themselves do not want to operate in Mexico. Thirdly, the casino management may have other specific reasons for not accepting any Mexican players, Maybe there are other reasons too, but I can't think of any at this moment. MacdoniS
The jurisdiction of the casino and the Mexico sometimes or most of the times don't meet. If you're familiar with the UIGEA that will make you think why most of the casinos put restriction to USA but there are many RTG casinos and BTC affiliated casinos that i'm accepted. You can found another too mate. I hope that you make some research 'bout it. Try to use the Askgamblers casinos reviews and their "trust" commendations from Askgamblers. If they're just few casinos banning Mexico, you shouldn't worry about and just look for other casinos, just check it here at AG they aren't blacklisted. Several Playtech casinos restricted my country at the end of 2016 and I asked for the reason and they just answered me it was changes in internal policies, I was also worried for some time, but no other casino canceled my account from there onwards. I suggest you just take it easy and give the chance to other casinos
