Total ripoff !

wish your online chat and phone personnel knew what they were talking about. I asked them both from the 19th to the 24th and they told me I have to play through the bonus. I tried re withdrawal but wouldn't work for this imaginary $0.16 bonus money and nobody including the emails I sent to accounting and support would remove this bonus.

Why has accounting never answered my email requests since Jan 19th and why when I received email from Wade that my account was verified on the 17th did you return my pending withdrawal money back to my account on the 19th just PAY IT OUT !

Account verification is also unnecessary anal stalling tactic, I was previously verified but used new credit card so there's another opportunity for you to let the pending withdrawal sit 4 days only to be returned to account with no explanation or alert it has been refused withdrawal. Only thing you need to be concerned with is if my banking info has changed for you to send me my winnings !

Hi, I also [email protected] Casino. Think it was a failure by me... I did win 330€ and wait since almost one week for my money now. After 3 days they send the money to my neteller account but canceled it after one hour and put it back on my account (?!?!). Ok I did the next try. Now I'm waiting since 11th of January and NOBODY answer to my questions if anything was wrong (documents are fine told me the security departement). VERY BAD CASINO!!! I hope someday i got an answer/my money....

You have pm. I tried multiple times to reach your chat, support whatever to ask what the problem is. No answer. Everytime i tried a cashout a few days later the money was back on my account. Please note that the reason why your first payout requests were declined because you did not provide us with the withdrawal method information, so that we can send the funds. Also, the Bank Wire request has been declined because the amount you were trying to cash out is lower than the minimum approved with Bank Wire.

 

I noticed that your latest request is however for 100, and not for 330. 

What I recommend you to do is to cancel the 100 withdrawal request and to place a new one for the entire amount via Neteller and also send us the Neteller Account ID, so that the accounting team knows where to send the winnings. You can send the information to accounting [@] tangierscasino.com or give it to me in a private message here. 

 

I also tried to call you to explain everything, but it seems that the phone number you have saved on the account is incorrect.

I need assistance to resolve an issue with Tangiers Casino. Seems everything seems to go fine until you submit a withdrawal request. No longer responding in live chat or any emails sent. Withdrawal gets cancelled for no reason. All information requested was sent. Account verified. All terms and conditions met. All details and banking details sent and correct. Still unable to complete withdrawal process and little communication from company to resolve the problem. I just want to resolve the issue and to be responsive dedicated to when sending emails or messages.

I see your account is already verified (your documents have been approved), so from the moment you place  your payout request it will be reviewed in the shortest period of time, maximum 72 hours.

 

After that, depending on the method you are using to cash out, you will receive the funds on the spot if you are cashing out with Bitcoin, within 24 hours if you are cashing out with an online wallet (that is the maximum, they usually hit sooner) or maximum 5 days if you are cashing out via Bank Wire.
