joeduffy72
Hi, I'm in the process of sorting my life out and exclusing from all casinos and going back to check casino's that allowed me to carry on gambling while self excluded. I gambled a significant amount of money with Slots500 a casino and was contacted by them a number of times by phone and offered bonuses which I rejected and told them to stop contacting me and to close my account. I asked them to self exclude me which they didn't do for some time and I never received any withdrawals from them after requesting. Apparently they are blacklisted for a number of reasons and cited as a scam/fraud casino and have a reputation for avoiding paying out. Has anyone here had experience with Slots500? Thanks
Afi4wins
If I'm not mistaken they're a RTG casino right? I'm restricted from accessing all RTG casinos, so I cannot give any comments on the casino. However, going by RTG standards, they can be quite a pain in the you-know-where, especially when it comes to withdrawals. Most of them anyway. Slots500 isn't listed here in Askgamblers, there are no reviews on it, so it's a blank step forward I'm afraid. If in any doubt...do not sign up to play. A simple rule. In your case JoeJoe, keep moving forward and never go back in there!

Thanks I'm afraid I don't have any experience with these either. However it's great to hear your getting things sorted and getting back on the right track. joeduffy72
Thanks, it's a slow process but I'm erasing the thought of all the money I threw away so it won't haunt me as that's one of the worse things anyone can do, live with regret! joeduffy72
slots 500 Casino are part of the AffPower Affiliates/Game Tech they don't hold a UKGC license so can't legally accept UK players. According to The Pogg...plus they got caught using pirate software!!
joeduffy72
On another note Spin and Win called me to offer £50 back as I had £25 in their account when they closed it. I had self excluded from Kitty Bingo sometime back apparently and deposited £320 before they noticed the self exclusion breach. Something is better than nothing! Graypet
If there was a zero star rating i would but it here. Avoid avoid avoid. The games they advertise are not the games you can play. They give you bonuses without asking then slap massive wager requirements. Here is my short story. I won money on there site after wagering 3000 pounds i managed to do it and win 500 pounds(after 6 hours). As being new i needed to varify my account. They said they would forward my details . i waited 5 days for this so i chased them up. So naturally i am not going to go on this site until that is sorted. Guess what they declined my withdrawel on the grounds i am not been on they site enough!!!! Complete scam.

If a casino offering a massive deposit bonus above 200% I would never trust them. slots500 is a part of a group of scam casinos with fake games. it is wise to google a casino first before signing up or you can browse here at askgamblers for best casinos. I'm truly sorry for you that this happened and believe me, you are not the first and unfortunately also will not be the last. may the lightning strikes them multiple times in the butt. what a bunch of a*hole

Afi4wins
Whaaaaat? That's just ridiculous. What exactly did they mean, that you hadn't played there enough? This is the sort of absurdity that I had faced many years ago at 7Reels and Winward Casinos. 'No withdrawals would be allowed unless 3 separate deposits have been made previously' !!! This was the stupid blardy rule that I got caught up with at both the 2 related casinos...and in the end, I closed these 2 accounts, including all my accounts at their other casinos as well (5 more casinos, if I'm not mistaken).
