Conor@Trada
Hi All!I just wanted to give you an update on a new bonus term policy that we unofficially implemented at TradaCasino in 2016, and have decided to make it official policy for 2017. If you have ever had your withdrawal removed or balance forfeited due to breaking a max bet rule you will know how frustrating it is that all that work has been undone because of an accidental slip up!Maximum Bet TermAccidentally betting over the maximum allowed should never ruin your day or a potential withdrawal. This happens most often when a slot has the dreaded 'Max Bet' button beside 'Spin', or when new players take a bonus without realizing there is a maximum bet term.Over the past few months, TradaCasino have taken a different approach to max bet term breaches. If a player is found to have broken the maximum bet term we do not seize all winnings. Instead, we reset the players account to how it was at prior to breaching the maximum bet term. This gives players a second chance, and is particularly helpful for players who unknowingly breach this term when they are very close to completing the wagering requirements. We have had some great feedback from players who have been affected by this. In keeping with our 'Fun, Fast & Fair' attitude, we have decided to officially announce this as our new policy for maximum bet breaches: The maximum bet associated with a bonus is £/€/$5 or 50 kr for all deposit methods excluding Neteller and Skrill which have a maximum bet of £/€/$2 or 20 kr per round. TradaCasino may increase this maximum bet limit for Skrill or Neteller depositors once prior approval has been obtained from Support via live chat or email. Players who are found to have breached the maximum bet term who have (i) Claimed a bonus (ii) Completed wagering requirements and (iii) Requested a withdrawal, will have both their balance and remaining wagering requirements reset to the level they were at before breaking the term. This exception can only be made once per account and cannot be applied after the bonus and deposit is spent. Players who breach this rule for a second time after having their balance reset risk having their winnings forfeited.Questions, feedback, opinions fire ahead. I'm all ears! cocopop3011 and Raptordinos
cocopop3011
This really is great Jack and extremely fair in my opinion. There are players that do hit the max bet button or may place a bet over the limit which has been done in a harmless way and isn't a blatant breach of your terms, and I think this is great for those people. Of course there will still be people who will continue to break the rule over and over again placing multiple bets, yet I still think your new rule is completely fair! So, how would this work Jack - Let's say a player places one bet over not realising they've broken the rule then they withdraw. Once the casino discover the breach would they then refuse the withdrawal and reset the balance back to as it was before the max bet was breached, and this would then be placed back into their account? Hey Coco! I am happy that you see what we aim to do with this "new" policy in place. So far we have had some pretty positive feedback from our players about this. Let me give you an example of how it would work. If a player was playing their 100% bonus, and they were betting away, then for a moment there is a slip up and they either forget about the max bet, or accidentally hit the max bet button, when noticed by a member of staff their balance and wagering would be reset to the point when the max bet was broken. Sometimes this will be noticed at the time of a withdrawal, other times before that. Sometimes a player might bring it to our attention too. In all cases the withdrawal would be put back into the players account and the balance and wagering adjusted back to the point at which wagering was broken. The player is of course emailed, or if we can grab them on live chat even better. cocopop3011

Because I think there genuinely are people who do accidentally break this rule, ***** I've hit the max bet button many a times in my early days of gambling!! So yeah, this is great Jack, massive thumbs up to you and your team for implementing this. Conor@Trada

Fiekie247
Brilliant terms - Think about it , to take off where you broke the terms are very reasonable and fair. Lets say you have $100 wagering left and you make a accidental bet that break the max bet rule, you are taken back for 2nd chance where you have $100 left to wager, which is very decent and means you can complete wagering,. I think this is great and fair Jack. Conor@Trada

pinnit2015
Hi, Yet another example of why Trada are a class above most of the rest! Out of curiosity - Is there no option, from a software point of view, that would simply 'lock' the max bet? So physically players cannot bet above? At the moment we have no way of integrating this on our platform, for now this is our method to ensure fairness. Obviously, we will continue to improve our system for our players Hope this clears it up for you
