Help no up to date bank statement to verify

I am waiting for a large withdrawal from hippozino and as I used another card to transact after my account was already verified, I need to give them a copy of a statement from this second card with their transaction details on it. I was told my account was already verified, are they allowed to do this?

I believe so Sophie whenever I deposit at casino using a different card to my original card I deposited with I usually need to send a photo of the card, not quite sure why they need a statement but I guess this is just their verification procedure.

 

Are you able to get the statement they need?

If they want an actual statement then I can't provide this until after the 7 day period they give you to provide documentation. I can however get a screen shot of my transactions with the card number and dates shown. From your experience would this be sufficient?

Hi there Sophie and welcome to AskGamblers. 

 

From my own experience I can tell you that any international gambling related transaction I ever made with my credit/debit cards appeared on my online banking within 24, max 48 hours. Cannot think of a valid reason why it would be different for yours... 

 

Moreover, you could always pay a visit to your bank and ask them to issue such bank statement which you could later use to prove you are the true owner of that card.

Sophie are you from the UK? If so then I understand your pain transactions can indeed take a while to appear, even online however always sooner than 7 days in my experience. 

 

A screenshot should be perfectly acceptable IMO but check with the casino.Or as Valdes said go into your bank I'm pretty sure they can also give you what you need.

As far as i know even though the transaction does not appear on your statement, a bank can issue you a statement with debits that is on hold/pending which still has to go off. Because remember every transaction that does not appear means the funds are on hold and released within a day or two to the providers.

Yeah I would imagine so. I remember a time when Guts Casino needed verification of a debit card that I no longer had, was almost impossible but the bank were still able to give me a letter head to prove I no longer had the card. But yet again another ridiculous procedure and completely pointless!
