First of all, I find your statements that we "don't have any way of contacting them" to be completely unjustified and of course, totally untrue. You could always contact our Support team via the Live chat service, all you need to is to click on the Chat now button at the lower right corner when browsing our website. Moreover, there's plenty of other ways to get in touch with AskGamblers and the easiest one being scrolling to the bottom of the website and click on Contact. Not to mention that you could always send an email to [email protected]... Now, when you are well in aware of how to contact us /at least I hope so/ and considering the fact you have in fact already replied to your complaint once, I assume you are well in aware how to do thatfeel free to visit our Support Center and read how to handle your complaint here: Using AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service Let me know in case you need further assistance.
