Spinstation Casino - withdraw nightmare

You all know or maybe you dont i had some small withdraw won from free spins in Spin Station.The amount is hilarious because its just only 40 euros.I cant describe what a nightmare  of casino they are.I have claimed the withdraw on 17th December and believe it or not i still didn't received the money and whats more outrageous my withdraw is still pending

 

They have asking me documents for 7 days ,claimed that they didn't received them for several days,that was exactly 7 days so the money got reversed somehow and while i got message finally  they have accepted my documents and then i have asked for another withdraw on 24th and again still no money i my account.Live support told me can take up to another 72h  wtf 

 

You Spnstation are the worst casino i have played just wondering is every Caddell casino the same when it comes to withdraw,because i never ever will play in this casino neither will recommend it to no one ,just waiting to finish this nightmare and will close my account ASAP.Hope Askgamblers will change their ratings down to "Awful"

 

If i dont receive the money today i will sure submit complain against them i can see they are doing pretty well with complaints "great job "Spinstation

I feel so sorry for you Helena darling. Hopefully it is just due to the mad rush of withdrawals at the casino, or something like that. I don't play at Spin Station, I don't get the urge to play there either, but now I'll avoid it for sure.

Have they given you a reason for the delay Helena? I don't think I played at Spinstation since taking their welcome bonuses, I remember I didn't like some of the terms and conditions very much... far too much room for interpretation. I believe the group is mainly trustworthy though, but theres no excuse for the delay you've had on such a small withdrawal.

I'm really surprised at this because I had no problems with my first or second withdrawal at this casino. My documents were approved straight away, I can't remember now how long it was pending for 2 days maybe. I've had loads of freebies of them since too. 

 

Sorry to hear your having problems though, with is withdrawal at right now hun?

When I paid less than 50 € then withdraw passes without problems, but when I get over € 100, then suddenly require additional verification, and "invent" additional checks.

Well as long as you have your money that's the main thing. And how would they know your account anyway...well unless you have the same username of course.

i made one withdrawal there for around 400€.. i received my winnings without any problems in 3-4 days

Came here to say I also did 2 successful withdraws with them without any problems (via bank transfer).

The first one was also a withdrawal won from Free Spins only. 55€, pending for 2 days (which is their ruling for withdrawals) and it was on my bank account 2 days later.

Thanks for your feedback. Hope you would agree though that leaving a very first post of this kind opens lots of room for reasonable suspicions whether it's genuine or not. Therefore we would greatly appreciate if you could attach screenshot/s showing the successful bank wire transfer from this operator.

Actually I think this is very believable.I know the original topic was opened with problems at the casino but they're actually not a bad casino.

I had no problems whatsoever with andy Cadell casino, the "holding period is usually less then whats stated to be 2 days, but they could adept better to the market with faster withdrawals.
