Shane6955
I made 2 withdrawals to my visa debit card within a few hours. Both were for £1800 and were processed the next day by the casino. The following day, one withdrawal appeared in my bank account, but the other didn't. I left it a couple of days but nothing, so I emailed casino. They told me to wait 4 days as it could take this long. I waited, but still no money so emailed them again, they asked for all the details, which I had already given them, but I sent them again. Heard nothing. Spoke to my bank who said they could nothing as nothing had ever arrived, so I went into casino live chat and went through it all again. They said they would need to get APN? Number from their bank. Heard no more. So emailed again and was asked to send screen shot of my bank account statement. Not happy about this but did it. Still nothing. On other posts you have stated that the recipient would need to get their bank to chase up missing payment, my bank says not them. Can anyone clear this up for me? Is it me or casino who need to get this money traced? I fear I'll never see it now, as it will either be kept by someone else who got it by mistake or returned to casino, who I don't have much faith in to return it to me. ValDes
***** there and welcome to AskGamblers. My advice would be to chase it up further with both the casino and your bank. Your bank for checking IF there was some sort of a cancelled payment coming from the casino payment provider and of course the reason behind. And the casino for raising the issue further with their payment provider who's the competent authority to request and to receive such info from your bank and/or any banking intermediates /if any / where your payment could stuck for one reason or another. If it happens that your bank says everything is okay form their end and casino refuses further cooperation, you may always rely on AGCCS /AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service/. More info here. MacdoniS
Hello Shane welcome to Askgamblers! I hope you get your money as soon as possible Shane. I know that feeling too, sometimes bank wire transactions have their conflict especially if both parties misinterpreted/intercommunicated for each other and you're the mediator of the two. Just update us what will happen good luck!
