Flatzem
Had a shot at the 1K3DS tourney, 68 entrants, (outside top 20 end of first round, outside top 20 at end of 2nd round and outside top 20 at end of 3rd round. Anyway 58 moved to round 2 (51 had a spin), then 41 moved to round 3, (unknown # had a spin) and in round 3, 36 players had a spin. Two players that placed in top 10 previous 1K3DS, made the top 10 this time (one of them has three consecutive 1K3DS wins). In round 3, used 1 continue and since the first two sets were low scoring decided not to do any more continues, will probably use this rule for any future 1K3DS. cocopop3011

Flatzem
Checked the stats and there is this one player: chugger ,that has been in the top 10 in each of the last 8 survivor tourneys, and looks certain to be in the top 10 of the current 3K3DS, that would make it top 10 in each of the last 9 survivor tourneys!. Some serious run good+re-buying for sure to achieve that. Not only that but he also got a top 20 in the recent 20K monthly monster where the top 20 won 1K EUR each. cocopop3011

Flatzem
Wow that is impressive! If you had to guess how much he's spending on his re-buys what would you say? I'd say he does up to 5 re-buys with 5 continues per re-buy. so if he does that in a 1K3DS then spend total up to 64 to win 100 (profit 36). If in 2K3DS then spend up to total 108 to win 200 (profit 92), and if in 3K3DS then spend up to 199.50 to win 300 (profit 100.50). These include the initial buy in and continues. Here are the winners list of the first 16 survivor tourneys of this year. There will be total of about 156 survivor tourneys this year thus we are at just over 10% point. results of first 16 survivor tourneys.bmp cocopop3011

Flatzem
Some updates:Had a shot at the 10K Midweek Moolah tourney (via free entry), 128 entrants.Anyway there was an issue with the reels not stopping and after several times of closing it and re-opening onlymanaged to have a few spins on it before time ran out. Contacted support about this and they contacted MG and theyconfirmed the problem and said will get entry into the next Midweek Moolah. This problem probably affected only thosethat had the free entries.Meanwhile our friend 'chugger' managed a 2nd placing in the tourney for 1250EUR and a 1st place in the 2K3DS. On a positive note did get a top 5 in the 3 hour freeroll (Leagues of Fortune) yesterday (first time for the year)and also it looks likely I will get a free entry into the next 1K3DS tourney. cocopop3011

Out of all the entrants how many of them do you think use continues all the time? late wd accepted... and taking the most recent 1K3DS , about 28 of 37 had used at least one continue in the final round. So we looking at 75% of the field and it's probably similar in other 1Ks and 2Ks and 3Ks. The rest will just play their free entry and not bother with spending on a single continue that's if they even remember to play their free entry. cocopop3011

Flatzem
I'd be in the remaining 25% and not use a continue Good luck for the next one. But say you had a strong starting set of spins, even you might be tempted to spend on a continue or two to get yourself into that top 10 group. But it could be possible to not have to spend on continues in a tourney but so far that hasn't been the case for me and have always had to spend at least 2 continues.
