raverbabe
Hey everyone, I know Casino1 Club has come up on here before, and received mixed reviews... I received a 400% bonus offer for them in my email today and decided to give them a try after seeing they had Dead or Alive available, and carefully studying the terms and conditions to make sure I would be able to play it with my bonus... Absolute disaster. As soon as I made my deposit all of the NetEnt games disappeared from the site and all I could open was GameArt slots. The live chat representative, "Adam" was totally dismissive, I told him "These games are terrible!" and he simply said: "Well that is all that's available. Have a good day!" and closed the chat!!! I asked him to point out where it was stated in the terms and conditions that only GameArt slots can be played with bonus funds - he couldn't show me, because it isn't stated. But it further turns out that UK players are not able to play pretty much any of their games anyway!! I feel completely ripped off, I asked for my deposit to be returned but was told it was not possible because I had taken a bonus. What would other players here do in this situation? I'm tempted to report it as fraud to my bank but I don't want to end up on any blacklists or anything outrageous like that. I know I should probably just take it as a lesson, but as an experienced gambler who asked all the right questions, read all of the terms and conditions thoroughly before putting my money in... I feel like I just got mugged. It really seems no different to me? And those games really ARE terrible. The minimum coin size on all of them is 0.10 meaning you have to bet 0.90 to 3.00 per spin MINIMUM, and despite trying around five of them I never won more than 3x my stake and went bust within minutes. I'm totally disgusted.
Fiekie247
I know how you feel and sorry to hear about your experience. Check the reviews I posted especially on their welcome bonus. I think just let it go,not worth the hassle...
Afi4wins
Please pardon my 'ignorance'...but is Casino 1 Club the same casino as Casino 1? I don't think so, right? Well, I haven't played at Casino 1 Club, but I have deposited and played at Casino 1. I had a pretty good time there, where my deposit and 400% bonus money could be played on Dead Or Alive. I didn't win anything in the end, but I had a good time. If NetEnt isn't available for play with bonus money, I won't bother signing up at all, just as with GamesOS casinos like ParadiseWin and VIPStakes casinos. I made a mistake at Punchbets and Wintika by depositing there, only to learn that bonus money could only be played on their GamesOS games, which I don't like at all. For me, no NetEnt games, no deposits. Period! Fiekie247
cocopop3011
Urrgh, what a horrible situation to be in and even worse when live chat are completely useless. I'd be extremely annoyed but I'd probably just leave it there as to me it just wouldn't be worth the hassle. I always make sure I ask live chat all the necessary questions now before taking any bonus even at my regular casinos, I'll ask the same questions every time since the terms of these bonuses are becoming so strict these days, nothing like it used to be I have to say.
