I wouldn't say to put them on the Rogue list. At least they are paying people. Slow or not. Better bonuses than most other casinos can offer. I am ahead of the house with 5 withdrawals. I am a u.s. player and always wait quite a long time and if I want a payout from a fast Casino they're only going to ever give me usually 100% bonus. At least at Posh I can deposit get a nice bonus with no wager requirement and see what happens. If I have to wait 3 weeks for my money then so be it as long as I know it's coming and they're reliable and will pay me. No issues here

I have had a great experience with Posh Casino! I started back on 6/1 with my free money, lost that. Made a deposit, ended up withdrawing $2218. The wait was around 11 days, the check cleared just fine. Made another deposit, ended up being able to withdrawal $2500. That check came rather fast. Then a hand full of deposits later I got some lucky spins getting me up to around 12k. Still waiting on most of the checks for that withdrawal, the first one was split in half. Posh as been the best game play out of most of my favorite sites.The customer service has always been great.

I have been playing at POSH for well over a year now.

I have requested and received withdrawals. They are slow to pay, as are most casino's, but eventually will pay. They will tell you it takes 2 weeks to approve and then 2 weeks to actually get a wire transfer. (Not their wording.)

I joined Posh around a month ago and I've made a few deposits - not many and only $75 each time.

 

I dropped lucky on samba sunset winning 9300 with a $6.25 spin on a bonus round. I've now got 4 x $2500 pending withdrawals. I asked LC how long it would take for me to receive payment and was told 7-10 days approval and 10 days to pay.

 

He told me that all 4 lots of $2500 would be approved and paid at the same time and not one after the other! Has anyone else had more than one withdrawal paid at the same time? I really hope the advisor got it right, it would be nice to actually feel the benefit of a chunk of cash rather than be trickle fed bits of it.

I am currently in the process of withdrawing from Posh. My paperwork was turned over in August. Had I not contacted them on Sept 21. I would still be waiting for "an approval" for payment. I contacted them today and was told it will take another 7 to 10 business days due to the number of payouts they have to pay. Well boo hoo. That's not my fault!!

Granted they have the best bonuses by far but the minimum deposit is high. Still taking a month or better for withdrawals is wrong well after the paperwork validation was approved is not per their own rules.

 Hi Board, I've been playing here for about a year, initially there were no coupons, which was fine (I was on a coupon restriction for every single casino in the group....2015 and 2016 were good years ha ha), anyway, the entire group shut down my coupon use and eventually shut down my ability to make a deposit at all....I guess that's one way to keep you out. Anyway, I was happy to play at Posh, even without coupons, but after lots of loosing, I stopped. I play at a bunch of other places so it wasn't the end of the world (FYI, for fast payouts, Bovada.lv has proven to be the best by far....last week 15 minutes from time of withdrawal request to deposit in my bitcoin wallet....yes 15 minutes, not days, weeks or months...anyway that is off topic but I saw where someone was asking) then a few months ago they added coupons back so I came back in (Posh, not other RTGs) and had a couple wins.....they called about first one being approved and I was like yeah yeah I'm sure it will take a month....it took a week, awesome! next withdrawal came pretty quick too....I played a fair amount more and was very lucky and blessed to get up over $10k......now the real waiting has started.....my oldest request I'm waiting on  is back in August, rest, for most part beginning of September.....I have called, emailed, but am getting the old (just waiting on management, it's been escalated, etc).....so I haven't been playing there since the delays have started (last check was 3 weeks ago which isn't horrible, but still very reminiscent of the process of getting paid with the rest of the group) I was always paid by rest of group and have always been paid by Posh but frustrated by the delays.....they slow the rate of pay if you aren't depositing, but obviously you aren't going to deposit when you aren't getting paid....the play at Posh has been great this last time around, just disappointing that the old ways of delaying payments seem to be in full effect. I asked AskGamblers to create a Posh listing for people that needed to file a complaint, we'll see what they say. I started playing Posh a year ago, when they opened. I received an invitation.and $500  free chip. This is now my favorite casino. They give 375% bonuses for RTG slots with a $50 deposit and "No Play-thru" and "no limit on withdrawals".  "Great"    My first four withdrawals took 4 weeks- not bad. The last two withdrawals took 6-7 weeks so I am getting a little apprehensive but they never failed to pay me. My average withdrawals was $700.

Hi, I joined Posh and deposited $50 to just goof around a bit. I’m not a big player online. With the 350% bonus I was able to hit a big payout on Perfect Pets that brought my total up to $1185. I just sent in the documents by email on Saturday and have requested a cash out by check. The online host was very helpful and sent me an email showing everything I needed for verification.

 

I found this forum by googling Posh to see if it was legit because I was nervous about sending them my credit card info. I have read the entire thread and it was extremely helpful so I wanted to write about my experience. So far I’m just in the waiting stages to see if my docs are approved. I don’t mind a longish payout time as long as I receive the money because I wasn’t expecting a return on my 50 anyway.

I just made my first withdrawal request at Posh casino and ofcource you have to wait a month to get your money. I sent in all of the required documents, everything was approved right away. The fact that you have to wait a month to get your money is unexceptable. Please find another Real time casino that pays the right way, within a week of your request!!

Well August 31st was when I submitted a withdrawal request. It took close to a month to approve, but my paperwork was sent in and approved a day or two after. Didn't get an approval until October (after I contacted them and complained). Still no funds ($200 after bonus reduction) Just small change to some, but now I am out of work, and need those funds. I requested a check but then they forced me to submit information for a wire.

 

Nevertheless even with large bonus percentages, winning and receiving zero percentage back is a reason to question their ability to fund. The minimum of $50 dollars a hit on a 300-400 % bonus is drawing people in, and then you begin winning and then all of a sudden you are losing fast seems very shady. If you go in with the expectation that you will lose your investment or just looking to have some fun then this is the casino to go to.

 

What is sad is that these folks are fairly new and they are all ready receiving bad press. I don't see them lasting very long.

So, what I thought was going to happen did happen..... I have used Posh's bonus codes with the no wager/no rules for almost a year now.  I have made about six successful withdrawals and always use the codes.  Winnings to loss ratio overall is probably either even or I may be slightly up but really nothing big.  I went on last weekend and again this weekend trying to play with the no wager codes available.  I now get errors and it says to contact customer support.  So, I went on live chat today and asked why I can no longer use the codes.  Rep does not answer and offers a low percentage 30x playthrough code instead.  I told him I see that there are other bonuses with play through but i want to know specifically why cant I use the codes you are offering with no playthrough.  He gives me some spiel about how those codes are only for players who need a little help with winning and I can only use the codes for my VIP level.  I told him that I have made many many deposits and my VIP level if anything should be increasing and I should not have bonuses banned for being loyal to casino.  I let them know that I feel like I was banned due to my withdrawals and if this is how it was going to be then they are no different than other casinos to me at this point and I will just go back to expanding my library of where I play...  I wanted to let others know of my experience.  If you play here often and use their codes and make withdrawals, then this is likely to happen to you as well.

I have been playing at POSH Casino for over a year. I have won several times and made withdrawals. I currently have a withdrawal pending for $20,000. They are good to work with and appear honest but very slow to pay. That is my only complaint of POSH. Jennifer Garcia is one of the VIP Host and is wonderful to work with and if I have a problem I just call her and she does her best to find out the answer for me.

 

I like their NO Rules Bonuses. Minimum deposit is usually $50 but there is no limit on withdrawals or wagering. There are more goodies for loyalty and appreciation chips each month. Their T&C are about the same as anyone else's.. You call, email or chat with support anytime you have a problem.

 

I will continue playing at POSH. I just really dread it when I win and I have to beg to get my money.. And that's pretty much what I have to do the entire time until all is paid to me!

Hi.. I also got invitation to posh.. I played the 500 bonus and won nothing.. I then deposited $100 with bonus code and I'm up to 8k now.. after reading here Im Gonna send my paper work to them..

 

Now.. so many complaints I've read on planet 7 and I've played there for 2 years and I have been treated very well.. granted I am a patient person.. yea it takes them awhile to pay you but they have paid me every time.. last week I was unable to use bonus codes and access free spins so i sent my vip rep an email. 2 days later he called me.. now I'd lime all y'alls opinion. On what happened next.. he said that the business ad isles had reviewed all accounts and mine got restricted because I was 9000 ahead of the casino. (By my calculations I'm over 20k ahead) he said I apparently don't need bonus codes as I am ahead and don't need the bonus to encourage play.. now we all know a local casino like Harrahs would do the opposite, they would dump prizes and vacations and hotel stays on our laps if we are ahead of them.. so all this happened on the 1st day of a p7 slot tourney for Halloween which also gives u a $500 chip after tourney ends for participation with a $15,000 play through.. well i play the 500 and made it through the $15,000 play through (to my surprise) and withdrew $6000. They gotta be thinking "WTF".. ITS BEEN 3 DAYS SINCE THE WITHDRAWAL.. I have withdrawn from this casino many many times, granted if you are expecting a quick payout....not happening...one month and if you have multiples each one will be an additional month.  That being said I have always gotten my money, but the wait times are obscene..  I certainly think the customer service is great!  I have played at many other online casinos but have had the most luck at posh...Tired of RTG based casinos but...  Anyway just wanted to add my 2cents...I have also been essentially removed from bonus codes at Aladdin's because of the win pct so it does happen in reference to the above post..  GL

max cashout is 2500 btw and they remove the bonus amount from payouts so for the 20k winner you can expect that to take 8 plus months in my experience......

Takes over a month just to get approved and then you have to send email after email begging them to pay you. You will eventually get paid but why put up with this aggravation?

 

I am waiting for one more payment of $2500 and then I will not play at POSH anymore. Every time I have won I am treated like a criminal.... like I have robbed a bank........ or cheated.............or like the money is actually coming out of their own pocket. Trust me when I say that I have deposited enough to pay my own self! They have good bonuses and generous free chips when you are a good depositor. I love the games POSH has and the staff is extremely nice...... until you win, and then you can kiss your VIP host goodbye. At least MY VIP host!

Sharon, I’m curious as to who your host is...... mine is Sandy and she has been amazing! I screwed up several times while trying to send my documents (sent the wrong credit card approval and then kept trying to send everything to the wrong email address by adding an s to poshemail). I just received a check for $973 on a $50 initial deposit and deposited in my bank Saturday. My host even called me the day the check was being delivered to make sure I received it ok. Waiting to see if it clears.

 

I’ve been playing the past two weeks buying in $50 at a time using the $375% bonus code and then just betting $2.50 a spin trying to hit something big. So far I have about 14 deposits of $50 and I have five cashout spending for $650,700,600,700 and 800. They will take roughly $220 out of each for loaned bonus money and processing fee. My first check was requested on 11/15 so I’ll keep the group posted as to how these go and how long each take. I’m a little concerned because this just seems way too easy. again, my experience with my host Isabelle has been exceptional.  Do not expect to get paid quickly here.  I have inquired as to why no bitcoin payout etc, I think with the bonus they offer that's not gonna happen.  I have 3 pending withdrawls as wel, l had 7 but cancelled 4 of them, which I assume is what they are wanting, but again my customer service experience has been top notch, the only reason to play here..good luck all on pending withdrawls

I am an extremely patient person.(Couldn't have made it working 38 years as a Nurse had I not been patient.)  I have never had a "mad" spell with any casino, although I have had to bite my tongue but I have always remained nice. This is the only place I complain. It does not help to bite your tongue and it does not help to be nice. They will pay you when they get good and ready and that's it! Nothing you can do to speed things up!

 

My VIP host is very nice and even though I have a hard time getting my money she is STILL nice, IF and WHEN I hear from her. That's just it... she ignores me now, therefore, I don't hear from her.

The last 20k I won was won using the same bonus, therefore the bonus amount should only be removed one time, usually from the first payment. They will only send a max "payment" of $2500 each time. At least this has been my experience. I'm not saying POSH will not pay.......they just take their slow...............extremely slow time. All I ask them is, "Can you tell me about when can I expect another payment?" In my opinion that is no reason to treat a good depositor, or anyone else, like a criminal.

 

 

FYI FOR NEWCOMERS: The first time I won and requested a withdrawal, I thought I could only withdraw $2500 out of the $50,000 I had won. So I requested $2500 withdrawal and just played the rest down. What a waste! I should have asked someone. Now I have learned to simply fill out more than one withdrawal request, as many as it takes to equal the amount I won.
