How to manage conflicts when playing Poker in a Casino?

If you play poker in a casino, it’s certain that once in a while you’ll be involved in conflicts with other players on the table. It's important for you to know how to manage it when it happens.
What are your experiences in such situations? Please share and also give some tips for it.

Are you talking about trouble in the chat box, or actually around the table in the casino?

When it comes to the chat box the best thing to do is usually to ignore. I quite often get abuse from guys who get p*ssed at being beaten by a girl lol, you would have thought such masculinity issues would be dead in 2016 but it seems not ;)

And then in the casino ... that can be trickier. It's important not to let anybody get under your skin as you might start giving tells without realising which could be disastrous particularly if you are playing in a tournament. If anybody gets really inappropriate you're quite within your rights to get security involved to give them a warning, but I would only consider doing that usually if the person was causing trouble for the whole table, or at least somebody other than just me. I find that just keeping your cool and focusing all out on removing the annoying player from the game by taking their stack as soon as possible to work well ;)

Oh yeah all the time ... unbelievable right? The worst I think are those who constantly monitor Sharkscope and then come to the table mocking players about their stats, most people don't even know what they are talking about but the trolls who do it think they are so clever and superior. I'm glad many rooms require you to "opt in" to having your stats on there now rather than opting out.

Yes you are right we should keep our cool and try to avoid such situations. Do you know after spending an embarrassing amount of loss in poker, I've witnessed a bad experience. Don't be like me. Don't ever get in any conflict in a casino. Just be cool and calm, its just a game. :)

I agree with you. It is very important that when you play poker , just try to keep your mind calm and in case if you lose, then don't panic or react, it is completely a fortune game, so you can't do anything. Try to play very calmly and play it like a game, don't get addicted to it.
