I registered today at Kajot, validated my email address, but couldn't validate my phone number. Tried two times but didn't receive any validation code from your casino. Maybe my country (Malaysia) is restricted from getting any no-deposit bonuses?  :huh:

However, all matters have been resolved now. I got in touch with the casino's support team via email, got a fast response from them, requesting me to get it validated via Live Chat instead. Anna, the Live Chat host helped me through and got my number validated, not via sms but she gave me the required code.

 

So, if anyone else faces this similar problem, get in touch with the casino's Live Chat and request for a sms validation code. Their Live Chat is not available 24/7 unfortunately, so you have to keep on trying.  ;)

I had a lot of problems trying to play with the 5EUR no-deposit bonus!  :(

 

I couldn't load any game at all. It hang, with an 'initialization failed' error message.

 

Anna tired to resolved this for me, but unfortunately, nothing worked. I cleared my cookies, my caches, my temp files, yet it wouldn't work. I tried using Mozilla Firefox, still the same problem. Then I tried using Internet Explorer...and it worked...but at a very slow pace! Damn!

 

Anyhow, I managed to play my 5EUR chip, had some fun with it, but didn't win anything.

 

Personally speaking, Kajot Casino is still using that old 'select terminal' option to play any game. This is where Chrome and Firefox hang. This old method should be removed, or bypassed, to let games to load up directly. That should resolved this hanging up problems...I hope!  :rolleyes:
