Payout Problem with Parklane Casino

HI,

I played last week in the park lane Casino. I've pretty much set  al lot and finaly  won  a bit. on Friday I requested that an withdrawl of 5000 €. I submitted my documents. So far everything ok. Today I received a message that  the Chief Financial Officer is for two weeks on vacation. He is the only one who can sign a withdrawl  of 5000€...so  I have to split my payment in two parts.!!

now i have to wait for another 5 days for the first withdrawl and than again..

we will see... i realy hope i will receive the money..

I think just be patient but you will get your money, i think Park Lane fall in the same class as Triomph, Madam Chance, and they have been building a very good reputation lately.

I Realy hope you are right.. but 15 Days for a withdrawl of 5000€ is unexeptable..

this is what i realy hate .. you can deposite 10.000 € in one minute but ....

Pending takes a few days and approving withdrawal another day or 2. So you should get your money within 7 business days at most

but i wait until now 5 days.. and  it takes another 7 and than another 7 because the wanted me to split my withdrawl into two pieces.. so ist much to long.. i mean it is not a 50.000€ withdrawl..

Have to wait for the CFO to get back of holiday to sign a withdrawal for just 5,000 ??? I wouldn't play at this place again, they obviously don't have the cashflow to be in the casino business.
