VIDEOSLOTS Head'up battles

Yesterday the 7th of septembre i wanted to play on a freerolls at Videoslots Casino.  By mistake, i click on one on the Head'up battle, the Gonzo Quest.
It was 11 euro but for me it cost :

Battle Entry fee 06/09/16 15:02:30 GMT $ -1.44$
Battle Buy-in 06/09/16 15:02:30 GMT $ -14.44$

 

I had just won 23$ on the weekly race, so there was not much left.  I immediatly told customer service, that i wanted to unregister, but the clerck told me there was nothing they can do.  God!! nothing they can do.  I it always what i get when i have a request.   So i played to game, i knew i was not going to get nothing.  I lost 15$ and what they are saying to me is to wait for my cashback tomorrow ar least i have that.  I am very upset about this and will go somewhere else.  Somemething like that happen to you?

This has never happened to me but I have to say if I ever did register for the one wrong and I contacted live chat straight away (which I assume you did) I would personally like to think they would be able to rectify the problem for me.

 

Obviously if the race had already started then there'd definitely be no way. I am a little disappointed actually that they weren't willing to do it for you. Even if it's physically impossible for them to do it then I would have liked to think as long as you did not participate in the race they could reimburse you the fee for entry and buy in,

 

But, I guess there's not much we can do now since you played the race and had you had won then I doubt you would have created this thread. 

 

Maybe just take this as a learning curve and make sure you are 100% aware of what race you are entering before you confirm your entry,

So just to be clear this was a heads- up tournament? If there is two people or if any tournament started they will not be able to help you.

 

I once accidentally registered. in a running tournament and they told me they could not do anything and i had to play. Luckily i manage to get 2nd in the tournament. Bagging me a nice 77 euro's. This was in the 1500 GMT Drive Multiplier race.
