Gazman999
Not sure if this is the correct area. I signed up for 'winning' sports book. Deposited £30 and got 100% match so had £60. I made a sports bet for £3 and tried out the casino. I ended up with £380. My question is... the wr for the sports deposit was x8 your deposit and bonus at greater than 2.0 within 7 days. If you cashout prior to completing you lose the bonus and any winnings. If you dont complete it in 7 days the same thing happens. When i played the casino i didnt transfer any money to the casino. So my winnings are actually showing in the sportsbook. So will they class me playing the casino with the bonus money and therefore they'll remove the winnings? Also when i look at my sportsbook account it doesnt show anything in the bonus section, just the balance section. I tried the chat but they dont answer. (which is not a good sign) Thanks
Gazman999
I found this in the terms incase it helps. And it was Winner not Winnings. 'Only wagers placed in the Sportsbook will count towards bonus requirements. Any winnings that have not occurred from within the Sportsbook will be forfeited.' ValDes
Hi Gazman999 and welcome to AskGamblers. Pretty weird situation to say the least... Usually, the sports book and casino funds are separated in different 'wallets' where player is given the opportunity to transfer funds between these wallets. Considering your situation I think contacting the casino support first is a must as there is no one else who know better how their casino/sports book is operating.
