AlexHay
Everyone please be advised not to use pocket win casino unless you are happy to have a your photo taken with a large cheque after making a withdrawal. I deposited £2600 and after withdrawing £5200 and I was told that unless I sent them a photo of myself holding a large cheque I would not be rewarded with my withdrawal. Please use other bigger casinos that will pay you your funds with no questions asked. It's also worth pointing out that they also told me that the amount would be paid in instalments! Complete joke of a casino! STEER WELL CLEAR!!!!!
raverbabe
Installments for an amount that low is definitely unreasonable. The thing about participating in promotional activity for the casino is quite a standard term but it's more usually invoked for wins of a few million, not a couple of grand. Personally I think I'd just give them the picture and not return, but I appreciate why you would be annoyed!

Fiekie247
I remember Mfortune casino did the same to another individual. Lots of years back in South Africa, i gentleman who won the national lottery powerball. I think it was about $3 million at the time, and decided to take the photo with his big cheque for the national lottery, a few weeks later they kept someone close to him hostage for randsom. Not sure how it panned out.
