I am sure they work on you can only withdraw to the last deposit method used?
raverbabe
I haven't used paysafecard either but if there's no physical card to take a picture of there must be some kind of web based system you can screenshot for them? Do Paysafecard actually accept withdrawals? I thought it was a one way deposit method as its basically UKash now isn't it?

I have been asked for the photo of the paysafe card I used or at least the place that I bought the paysafe card. Surely there is a misunderstanding here, what they ask is impossible, unless you are a member of the paysafe card club. From there you can send them a screenshot which may have the pin you used and your details. Do you still have the pin from the card?
cocopop3011
When I first started gambling years ago this is how I used to fund my accounts using Paysafe or Ukash (now the same company) Back then all I would be given is a receipt from the retailer with a pin code on that I would enter when depositing. There was nothing to take a picture of except the receipt. And withdrawals would then be processed by bank transfer to my account as Paysafe was a one way thing - depositing only. I haven't used this method in years now but as far as I was aware things were pretty much the same. I would first get some clarification on what exactly the casino is asking for. raverbabe
Likewise cocopop I used UKash a lot at one point and it worked the same as you describe. The good casinos would allow me to withdraw back to Skrill or whatever else I used to deposit prior to the UKash voucher. I'm not sure what the casino is asking for exactly... a picture of the receipt would surely be not a lot of use? cocopop3011

No use at all And I used to throw mine away once I'd used the balance on the pin anyway!

raverbabe
I'd' recommend checking with support before requesting your withdrawal again, make sure everythings in order. The finance department might start getting a bit funny with you if they have to refuse the same request four times!

Are you requesting the withdrawal via bank transfer?
