Hellridah Posted August 24, 2016 Share Posted August 24, 2016 Well , This would be the second time I've struck this in the last 72 hours and the last time I struck this error code I was told by someone that Quickfire were undergoing an update not that I don't believe the story I've been handed but I thought I'd jump to another site and Alacazam Quickfire games seem to be working ?? I Dunno I mean : Can somebody explain how its working on one site and not another is it to do with the casino itself ?? these technical errors do happen I guess . Now even so you can play quickfire games on most sites but it could be that specific website is not allowing you to play quickfire slots on their website due to their license? Example - This is my case : I can play NextGen Games on Videoslots, Slotsmillion, and any SkillOnNet casino. But i cannot play NextGen games on Fruity Casa, Reel Island and most of these white label casinos due to their license forbid me to play NextGen games. Just like on videoslots i cannot play YGGDRASSIL slots because of their license, but i can play YGGDRASSIL slots at casino heroes and cherry casino. raverbabe Posted August 25, 2016 Share Posted August 25, 2016 That isn't the specific error that should appear when your country is banned but that doesn't mean it's impossible that's why it's appearing.. if you normally play MG at that casino though it seems unlikely, although I know Canadian players woke up one morning and found NetEnt games unavailable at pretty much every casino so who knows?The simple answer is to switch to another casino but if you've already made your deposit and don't fancy putting any more in somewhere else it must be real annoying. We will let you know as soon as this problem is solved, but for now we have disabled these games so they don't appear in the list on our website. I often used to get this error when I played on my iPad but not on a mobile browser through a flash browser where I could change the country I was playing from. Sometimes when I didn't have the settings right it would think I was playing from the USA so would get this message on a regular basis! These days the top software platforms are available just about everywhere so its the promotions, quality of support, and withdrawal speed that separates one casino from another for me. I like the fact you mention "seek to better themselves", I equate that with "going the extra mile" really, casinos that actually seem to care about being amongst the best, give a damn what their players think of them. nothappyjan Posted August 27, 2016 Share Posted August 27, 2016 i get this error message also. when i asked them about it 2 weeks ago they told me that they were having issues and it would be resolved soon. like i said that was 2 weeks ago. i asked them 2 days ago why this is still happening and they told me it was not them but the providers who are looking into it. seems a bit sus to me, what provider would want to miss out on the millions that these games generate? wouldn't you want it up and running again asap??
