Today I requested a withdrawal of 160€ to one of my credit cards and after 10 minutes I already received a notification that my withdrawal has been processed!

If they add some more game providers I'd rate them 10/10 stars

Hi, i joined voodoo dreams recently, and have made a few deposits using deposit bonuses, i have been up and down but was never able to meet the wager, but seems to be a very fluent and smooth running site, no issues what so ever...until today

i had made a deposit using a bonus as i had previously done and today during my free games the money won was never credited to my balance or account in multiple games, and it would not allow me to spin on the same machine after as its still showing my winnings from the free games, i have played and collected from multiple free games with no issues as there shouldnt be any, so i am very very frustrated, confused, and anxious to hear back from them what the problem is, as now i have 0.17 in my account and about 300 in winnings just sitting on multiple slots that wont collect for whatever reason

Hmmm...seems strange indeed. I don't play at this casino so need to ask what you mean when you say collect the winnings from the machines? Is that just a feature they use at the casino?

I noticed lately more and more casinos now process withdrawals without documents until a certain cap. So lets say if you withdraw up to 500 euro/$/pounds they just send your money, but if you withdrawal above 500 or 1000 then they normally request for documents for verification.

What the problem is..is most probably a glitch in the game software or slot machine...it hangs on your winning spin, so the wins are not credited into your balance.

 

Take screenshots of the errors and email them to the casino support team for verification of the errors.

Omg!! Exact same thing happened to me just today. I was accused of making more than one account. Was stripped of my winnings and blocked. No proof was given to me even after i asked numerous times to show me. I feel ripped off and confused.

I have made two bad revives at this form and I want to make a good one. I love the duel play at Voododreams. I havent won any moeny but it has been then most enjoyabe casino to play so far.
