Dafabet – INR 1,368,001.63 Real Money – Withdrawals Disabled / Error 310

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I am requesting assistance regarding an unresolved withdrawal restriction on my Dafabet account

My account currently shows INR 1,368,001.63 as Real Money and Bonus Wagering Left: INR 0.00. However, multiple withdrawal attempts are showing “Withdrawal Disabled”, and I have also received Error Code 310.

I have contacted Dafabet Customer Support and Payments repeatedly. Support has stated that the matter has been escalated and that the withdrawal requests are awaiting Payments review, but they have not provided a clear written reason for why withdrawals are disabled.

I have additionally requested the details of the ADR entity applicable to my account, but I have not yet been provided those details.

I already have a complaint submitted to AskGamblers, so I am not attempting to create a duplicate complaint. I am posting here to seek guidance and to document the latest material developments while the complaint is awaiting review/publication.

I can provide screenshots showing the Real Money balance, zero wagering remaining, Withdrawal Disabled transaction history, Error 310, and correspondence with Dafabet.

My requested resolution is straightforward: restore withdrawal access and process the legitimate balance, or provide a clear written explanation of the specific restriction and any outstanding requirement that I must satisfy.

Sports or casino? Did it have a max cashout limit?

Mine also they have disabled almost INR 5.5L bro.

Any update you received from them or solution. what is the reason for this.

yes but they have removed that complaint and also @Askgambers-complaint have removed dafabet casino option in complaint section.

i’m also not able to withdraw my money from dafabet getting same error withdraw disabled and throwing error 310 and it’s been more than 25 days and i’m emailing and contacting dafabet support every day but they are saying our payment team is checking and when it’s done you will be able to withdraw, also i tried to submit complaint with ask gambler but they did not accept it if anyone knows how to solve it or if your case got solved please help me here

If AGCCS no longer accepts complaints on Dafabet Casino, then you just have to take it elsewhere.

Please can you tell me why it was rejected, it may be something we can fix so you can re-submit.
