I am requesting assistance regarding an unresolved withdrawal restriction on my Dafabet account
My account currently shows INR 1,368,001.63 as Real Money and Bonus Wagering Left: INR 0.00. However, multiple withdrawal attempts are showing “Withdrawal Disabled”, and I have also received Error Code 310.
I have contacted Dafabet Customer Support and Payments repeatedly. Support has stated that the matter has been escalated and that the withdrawal requests are awaiting Payments review, but they have not provided a clear written reason for why withdrawals are disabled.
I have additionally requested the details of the ADR entity applicable to my account, but I have not yet been provided those details.
I already have a complaint submitted to AskGamblers, so I am not attempting to create a duplicate complaint. I am posting here to seek guidance and to document the latest material developments while the complaint is awaiting review/publication.
I can provide screenshots showing the Real Money balance, zero wagering remaining, Withdrawal Disabled transaction history, Error 310, and correspondence with Dafabet.
My requested resolution is straightforward: restore withdrawal access and process the legitimate balance, or provide a clear written explanation of the specific restriction and any outstanding requirement that I must satisfy.
