izzybets Posted Monday at 10:37 AM Posted Monday at 10:37 AM Had a similar stuck deposit once with another book - if your bank confirms the money landed at the receiver, get that statement line with the UTR/ref number and keep pasting it to their support every time they ask. Payment provider traces are slow but if the funds genuinely arrived they do eventually credit it. Don't make a fresh deposit to 'push' the old one through, that only complicates the trace. cocopop3011 1 Quote

So then they will give me my deposit Quote

That's what I'm doing from the last nine months, still didn't receive my deposit Quote

izzybets Posted Monday at 12:45 PM Posted Monday at 12:45 PM Nine months on a deposit is rough, feel for you. One thing that actually moves the needle here: file an official complaint through AskGamblers' own complaint system (the blue 'Submit a Complaint' route), not just the thread - that's what forces the casino rep into a formal response window. Since other January cases are getting resolved now, yours should come up in the same queue once it's formally logged. Quote

meanuuu Posted 17 hours ago Author Posted 17 hours ago Day by day passing, but still they are not taking this problem seriously I don't understand if they feel this some kind of joke, seriously they are not giving priority to someone who already waited for more than 9 months What are they doing? They didn't even give some explanation about the actual problem Quote
Blackjax Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Looks like they bought more time by giving a useless response in the final hours. I believe Askgamblers need to fix this loophole that casino reps use to buy more time. Any post that is made during complaints should have some form of update towards the case. Saying we are still checking on the issue after 4 days can't be accepted as a valid response. Quote

Exactly, that's what they are doing from last 9 months Everytime I connect to their call support they just say same thing, your amount is still under validation, we have raised ticket, he have escalated the issue to payment team, we have did that blah blah blah Please wait How long? Sir we can not tell you any timeline, just wait 9 months, what kind of donkey people are in there? Even after providing each and every proof they didn't verify the payment This is unbelievable, absolutely froud casino Quote
Afi4wins Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago NEVER ever play at this lousy Dafabet Casino! I played there many years ago, just for 1 month or so, then I CLOSED my account! Quote
