My AmunRa Case – The Full Story

I would like to make public what happened to me in relation to AmunRa, because I believe it is important for other players to see how my case was handled.

I had a significant withdrawal pending with AmunRa. I was waiting for the withdrawal to be processed, but the process took longer than expected. During this time, I did not feel that I was receiving clear and adequate information about what was actually happening.

I experienced several issues with AmunRa’s communication during the case. In their subsequent response, they themselves apologized for the “incomplete information” provided and for the frustration caused by the waiting time.

I want to make one thing absolutely clear:

I ultimately cancelled the withdrawal request myself. I do not dispute this, and I am not claiming that AmunRa cancelled it.

That is not my complaint.

My concern is the circumstances, communication and information that preceded my decision to cancel the withdrawal, as well as the way the entire situation was handled afterwards.

AmunRa’s current position is that because their system shows that I cancelled the withdrawal myself, they are unable to refund the amount.

However, I still have serious questions regarding the communication throughout the case, the handling of the withdrawal, the contact I had with the VIP manager, and the circumstances surrounding the fact that I continued playing during this situation.

I do not want to distort the story, which is why I intend to provide the evidence as well: the conversations, AmunRa’s responses, and the timeline of events.

I am not claiming that I am right about everything. I simply want the entire situation to be viewed in its full context.

AmunRa’s own response shows that they apologized regarding the communication and the information provided during the process.

What I would like to understand is:

If the withdrawal process and the information provided to me were handled appropriately, then what exactly happened during this case, and why did the situation reach this point?

I will present the available documentation chronologically, while redacting personal and confidential information.

I am not trying to threaten anyone, nor do I want to make any false allegations.

I simply want people to see what happened and make their own judgment based on the evidence.

What exactly happened at AmunRa? How long did you have to wait for the withdrawal process? Apparently it wasn't rejected but you eventually reversed the withdrawal claim.

We need to know more info please.
