Khelo24Bet blocked my account after I won and I cannot withdraw my money

Hello AskGamblers team,

I need help with an issue involving Khelo24Bet.

I deposited my own money into my Khelo24Bet account and played on the platform. After winning some amount, my account was suddenly blocked. When I try to access my account, it shows: “Sorry, your account is Blocked. Please contact us for more info.”

I am now unable to contact their support team and I also cannot access my withdrawal history or properly check the status of my funds.

My account details are:

Player ID: 265951

Username: vinay bojja

I have screenshots showing my account, the blocked-account message, and my activity.

Khelo24Bet is not available in the AskGamblers complaint operator list, so I am posting here to ask whether AskGamblers can help me contact the operator or advise me on how I can recover my deposited/won funds.

I can provide deposit proofs, screenshots, withdrawal information and other evidence if required.

Please advise me on what I should do next.

Seems like the casino may be a restricted one for @Vinay7.

I assume the OP is from India, so maybe @Blackjax can be of assistance here.

I just checked their website and it is a casino meant for Indian customers, although no license badge is visible.
