I am submitting this post to report a severe delay regarding a withdrawal request of $35,000 USD at Bet-Football.

My payment has been pending for 17 days. My account is fully verified, no additional KYC documents have been requested, and I have not been accused of violating any rules or terms.

Every time I reach out to customer support, I receive identical generic template responses stating that the issue has been escalated to "the provider" or "the appropriate department," with zero concrete updates, explanations, or processing timelines provided.

Deposits are instant, yet substantial withdrawals are kept on hold indefinitely under generic delay excuses.

I kindly ask the operator to step in, review my case, and process the pending $35,000 USD payout as soon as possible. I will keep this thread updated regarding any progress.

@Jorgemanzano It's either they are purposely delaying paying you, or they are thoroughly scrutinising your account and gameplay, but since they did not say that your account is being investigated, so probably it's the usual delaying tactic, for one reason or another.

I’m worried because it’s a lot of money, but they say always “your money is safe and your payment is guaranteed “ but they say too that they can’t give me a timeframe for my payment.

Big withdrawals usually get delayed, so maybe just be a little bit more patient.

Nobody can know for sure of course, but if they wanted to scam you, they would have done it during your earliest withdrawal claims!
