Hello i tried create a proper complaint unfortunately askgambler can not intervene when it is about multi acount accusation I am contacting you regarding a dispute with the online casino Deloro. I started playing on this casino several months ago. At first, I was losing significant amounts of money, and I requested an increase to my daily withdrawal limit because the original limit was too low. The casino agreed and increased it. Later, I was fortunate enough to win around €34,000. I began withdrawing my winnings, but after a few days, the casino froze my account and requested financial verification documents. I provided all the requested documents, and after about ten days, my account was verified, reopened, and I was allowed to continue withdrawing during that time I was allowed to play just not to withdraw .few days after , I had successfully withdrawn approximately €25,000. I continued playing with the remaining balance and was again fortunate enough to increase it to around €28.000€ However, the very next morning, I received an email informing me that my account had been closed. This situation came as a complete surprise. My account had already been fully verified, and I had been using the platform for several months without any issues. they say I have multiple accounts wich completely false I have always cooperated fully with all verification requests and provided every document asked of me. I am therefore seeking your assistance to understand the reasons behind the closure of my account and to help me recover my legitimate winnings. thanks Afi4wins 1 Quote
Afi4wins Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago @Lebolivz Hi there and welcome to the forum. Are you saying that your complaint was rejected by Askgamblers AGCCS team because your case was of multiple accounts accusation by the casino? Quote
Afi4wins Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Yeah...yet one more case of non-payment by Deloro. Wonder how many more cases would be coming up soon enough... Quote

NelaKola Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago If the casino really let you withdraw 25k, completed verification and only later came with the multi account accusation, it looks very strange. Not saying the casino is wrong automatically, but usually if they have a solid reason they detect this much earlier, especially before processing such a big withdrawal. The timing of the accusation after the balance went back up to 28k is definitely questionable. So I wonder too, what games were you playing and did you ever use any bonuses? Quote
Lebolivz Posted 2 hours ago Author Posted 2 hours ago First of all, I would like to clarify the timeline of what happened. I play only one game: Mega Wheel by Pragmatic Play. I first won around €25,000. Immediately after that, my account was placed under review for approximately 10 days. During that time, I was still allowed to play, but I was not allowed to withdraw my winnings. I was asked to provide extensive financial documentation, including copies of my bank cards and bank statements. After nearly ten days, my verification was approved, and I was finally allowed to withdraw my funds. Over the following days, I withdrew approximately €16,000 in multiple withdrawals, leaving around €9,000 in my account. I then continued playing and won again, bringing my balance back up to approximately €28,000. The very next day, I received an email accusing me of operating multiple accounts. My account was immediately closed, my remaining balance confiscated, and I was informed that I had no right to appeal. Regarding AskGamblers, they unfortunately told me they cannot intervene in cases involving alleged multi-accounting. I have never created another account. I fully understand that doing so would be a serious breach of the Terms and Conditions. More importantly, it simply makes no sense. My account had never been suspended from playing—I was always able to access it and continue gambling. Why would I create another account when I already had a fully functioning one? Since then, I have spent a great deal of time researching this issue and have found dozens of reports from players describing situations very similar to mine. Unfortunately, I cannot submit a formal complaint through AskGamblers because of their policy regarding multi-account allegations. However, I felt it was important to warn the community and encourage players to think carefully before depositing money on this site. Afi4wins 1 Quote

Deloro knows that if they accuse a player of multi-accounting then AG won't intervene. they done it to many other players you can just do a search. It's like using a force field or magic spell. I am just surprised they let you cashout 25K, that had to be some sort of mix up. Quote
