I have already submitted a complaint after this review had taken a week, it was rejected. I am wondering if it has been long enough now, or if I still need to wait.

I requested my first withdrawl 2 weeks ago on my 22bet account, since them I have completed 5 different methods of verifying my account. They also mentioned at 1 point that it may take up to 72 hours for a response, since then every response has taken 3 days, now my latest piece of information is on day 4 of verifying it. I have $22000 CAD in the account and am getting somewhat worried, i would like to open a complaint, but only if its within the rules. The last request for verification (that is still under review) was the second selfie type request, and it was a selfie with a 6 number code they gave me on it, feels like it is intentionally dragging the process

If it was rejected mainly because only a week had passed, I’d probably keep the next step very factual: one timeline with the withdrawal date, every verification request, when each item was sent, and the exact response time after each one.

Two weeks plus repeated selfie/document checks is different from a normal first-withdrawal delay, but the complaint will read better if it stays about the process rather than guessing intent. I’d also ask support one very plain question: “What specific verification item is still missing or under review?” If they can’t answer that, it gives you a clearer record for the complaint.

Thanks for the insight. I think my best course of action is to just stay patient and either wait until it has been 3 weeks, or if this current step is not completed in the next day or two (they said 72 hours per piece of information, its been 108)

I asked that question you told me to ask, I got the same generic response "all requests are processed in turn, you will get a notification"

I guess if this step doesnt get completed, that will be reason to open a claim

was there any update on this? I am facing the same problems now and have been waiting 3 weeks to try and withdraw. Basically I opened an account last month, deposited 200 Euro and got the balance up to 1200 Euro. When i try to withdraw it wouldn't let me activate my phone number and chat said i need to contact security and send docs due to duplicate account. I sent everything requested and checked old email address for dupe account, it appears i registered one but never used or deposited on it. On this account I have never taken any bonus either. I had no response to email for 2 weeks, I contacted live chat and they keep telling me security require extra documents, I send all of these immediately but it's strange they never contact me to ask, the only way for me to find out is to go on live chat. I asked if i am only blocked for withdrawals and they said yes, I am still able to deposit and place bets, seems like they are encouraging me to try and lose the money back
