₹20,000 Deposit Successfully Credited by Bank but Not Added to My 1xBet Account

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am requesting your assistance regarding a deposit dispute with 1xBet.

Transaction Details:

Amount: ₹20,000

Transaction Date: 15 June 2026

RRN/UTR: 616647279754

Account ID: 1154412803

I made a deposit of ₹20,000 to the payment details provided by 1xBet. The amount was debited from my ICICI Bank account.

I have provided the operator with all the requested documents, including:

Bank statements

Payment screenshots

Transaction details

ICICI Bank confirmation

There already has been several complaints lodged against 1xBet Casino and yours is yet one more case. 

What reasons have the casino given you for that missing deposit? Technical error? No deposit from you/your bank recorded on their side?

If money is deducted from your bank and it doesn't reach the merchant then money is reflected back in your account in less than 48 hours. In your case that time is passed so that is definitely not the issue. 

Did you file a complaint against the casino?

Yes. I filed for a chargeback. But it got rejected since the beneficiary has received the amount. To be honest beneficiary has received the amount but they are denying it

It is not customer care. The account was registered 3 hours ago. 

The account is pretending to be from 1xbet and saying that deposit 20000 more in a different account. I have read the whole PM that @abhi007 sent me.

I've just been told that 1xBet requested for one more 20000 INR deposit from the OP! Now that is SCAM!

Be careful some people might DM you and try to trick you, so don't trust random messages. It's always best to follow the advice of the mods here. Also, consider reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities. You could also check out cashy's justice fund. I saw on X that they accept submissions from players who've had unfair experiences with other platforms. It's free to submit your case, and if you have supporting proof, it may be worth sending it in

That decision can only be made by the AGCCS team handling your case, so just be patient and wait.
