I am requesting your assistance regarding a deposit dispute with 1xBet.

Transaction Details:

Amount: ₹20,000

Transaction Date: 15 June 2026

RRN/UTR: 616647279754

Account ID: 1154412803

I made a deposit of ₹20,000 to the payment details provided by 1xBet. The amount was debited from my ICICI Bank account.

I have provided the operator with all the requested documents, including:

Bank statements

Payment screenshots

Transaction details

ICICI Bank confirmation

@abhi007 Hi there and welcome to the forum.

There already has been several complaints lodged against 1xBet Casino and yours is yet one more case. 

What reasons have the casino given you for that missing deposit? Technical error? No deposit from you/your bank recorded on their side?
