Maximum cashout at Madame Chance Casino?

Hi! Quick question, I checked out the new list and joined Madame chance, as soon as I deposited I realised they we're owned by the same company as euromoon etc who are black listed...I asked them twice in chat and they denied it! Anyway, I just wanted too play through my deposit and get out, anyway I won (I'm up to a thousand) and of course kept below the 30% of your last deposit max bet ! (Not a good term and condition!) but I spotted a new one....max withdrawal is 10 times your last withdrawal and the rest gets removed when it's processed! Am I reading it right? I deposited 25...therefor I can only withdraw 250 and the rest gets removed? I'm hoping not! Either way it's the last time I ever will deposit, and slightly shocked they have a rating of over 7 :-(

Also just noticed they are already black listed elsewhere, when I signed up and didn't want the bonus, so didn't enter the required bonus code and left it blank, they added it anyway, this is when I checked the Tcs and cs on it and found them too be the same company as the others, thought I would play through and get out, I have emailed and asked about the term of 10x your deposit and I got a reply about deposits with a bonus attached (max x10) but I have asked for clarification on deposits without a bonus, but no reply yet, so I have now more than played through my required amount, and I can withdraw 250 plus my 25 deposit and the rest disappears, I just really feel that casino shouldn't need such harsh terms, they are fully loaded in the casinos favour when it's unnessicary for fair gaming! The house constantly has the edge, personally I will avoid in future, I'm also not holding out any hope on my withdrawal actually being processed as I'm sure there is another term some where! Plus even if I do get it I have too pay a processing fee for it :-(

Red Flag, stay away. I wanted to play here as well but then i thought the other casinos who are blacklist could be from the same group. Triomph casino - yes thats right, that is the one with the same bonus - Think they are sisters. I would stay away.

Well so far 2 different people from the casino have asked for my documents, once yesterday and I sent them straight away, and another today and again I have sent them, not heard anything from either thou, although I requested a visa withdrawal they requested Iban numbers etc for an international transfer? Not sure why thou :-/ as I said, not holding my breathe on a smooth transaction but we shall see!

So got an email too say that my id checked out and they were moving on with my withdrawal...and just got a call too ask why I have only withdrawn 275 and left over 900 in there, finance wanted too know my reasons....I explained that I was told by them (and the tcs and cs state) that I could only withdraw 10x deposit plus deposit...he said I was correct but was going too see what they could do with the rest, I have too say he was really nice and if they did do anything above and beyond the 'discretionary' tcs and cs' as he put it then I would be really happy...don't get me wrong, the charge for withdrawing and the max bet rules are not good, but so far the customer service seems good so got too give credit where credit is due!

The fact they called you is very different from how casinos would communicate. I prefer email so i have it in writing. Because whatever they say over the phone would be a your word against their word at a later stage, should anything unfortunate happen.

After they called I got email confirmation, then I got another email too confirm the withdrawal had been processed, and this morning it went into my bank! Yey!!!!!! Seriously shocked, never has a casino used their discretion too pay a higher amount than they have to too me, so I actually cannot praise them enough. I had issues with euro moon before, and being owned by the same people I was pretty concerned, but maybe they have turned a corner? The Tcs and cs are not as great as I would like, and I know many many people have had an issue with the chain, but in this instance they went above and beyond.

If you do deposit, who knows if they would do the same for you? I really could not say, the chap said the 10x deposit max pay out on bonuses was there too stop people abusing the offer, and a max payout isn't totally out of the norm, so I don't know if they would do it for everyone, but if you do deposit just remember the max 30% of your deposit bet! Wether there is a bonus or not the rule applies! Personally I don't like being restricted on my bets, and like most if I'm winning I like too be able too bet what I like without it cancelling out every penny I have won! I am a little confused about this one too. I played at Oceanbets casino, another one from Game Tech group and then few days later they were blacklisted here. If this casino seems legit, I would play there too, but taking the bonus and not be able to play Netent would ruin it for me.

I am just a little bit worried. No Casino ever requested me to send a notary approved document per letter to their office (But they stated they could request one to do so in their T&C's). 

Still I don't have any complaints. The letter is now in cyprus and the first attempt to reach the office wasn't successful. This may happen. I'll wait till Thursday. If everything will be alright, I'll give madamechance a big thumbs up. We will see.

Update in this Case.

 

After 2 days where nothing happend, I spoke 10 minutes ago with the guy, which Fiekie247 mentioned. They still didn't receive my letter. So i gave him the Trackingnumber and he told me that they will care about it. It was also stated, that I will get a response in a timeframe of 24 hours.

 

This guy was really capable, thumbs up for him & I hope that I soon will have the money on my bank account. I'll keep you updated
