I bet 50 SEK/5 Euro and the took all the money, I could keep the deposit minus fee. 

 

So stay away from Trada Casino!!!

 

They took 21 000 SEK from me.  The maximum bet associated with a bonus is £/€/$5 or 50 kr for all deposit methods excluding Neteller and Skrill which have a maximum bet of £/€/$2 or 20 kr per round. TradaCasino may increase this maximum bet limit for Skrill or Neteller depositors once prior approval has been obtained from Support via live chat or email.

 

And broken have broken the bonus rules.

We will need to delete the bonus

We have adjusted your balance and you will need to start again.

This rule is stated in the Bonus Terms section (https://www.tradacasino.com/promotions/BonusTerms), the same place where we stated the original maximum bet. It is also stated on the information page for the welcome bonus.

 

The term was implemented as a deterrent to players who have been engaging in a spate of fraudulent activity, however I cannot go into any further detail as to exactly what the fraudulent behaviour is.

 

As I said, this term can be lifted when prior approval is obtained from the support team but it is at the discretion of the TradaCasino team and we cannot guarantee we can do it for all players.

As per Trada Casino's reply they have in fact put the following statement in their bonus terms :

 

"Players depositing with Neteller or Skrill are not entitled to place more than £/€/$2 or 20kr per one initial bet in any game until all bonus wagering requirements have been met. TradaCasino may increase this maximum bet limit for Skrill or Neteller depositors once prior approval has been obtained from Support via live chat or email."

 

So your claim/complaint against the casino is invalid as you have broken their bonus terms and conditions of the "Max Bet Rule'.

 

Please refrain from accusing/blaming and bad mouthing the casino for a crime they did not commit and move on.

I believe your post has already been succesfully answered but I'll jump in anyway.

 

As you have been told by our Trada Casino rep the max bet rule is in place but more importantly it is clearly stated in their terms and conditions which you agree that you have read either when signing up to the casino or when taking their welcome bonus.

 

You're not alone, we have so many members who fail to read the max bet rule term, all I can suggest is that you take this experience as a learning curve and make sure in the future you are always crystal clear of any terms before you deposit and play.

I would not risk it. I say stay away from a casino that force you to bet 2 Euro! 

It is hundreds of sites that do not work like this. 

If I deposit 150 Euro I should be able to bet 5 euro if I am not I will of course choose another site. 

I have talked to many people and they will not use Trada Casino.

Please keep in mind that the title of the forum topic has been changed and the warning has been removed since it didn't correspond to the facts.

 

As for your 'issue', the constructive approach would be to accept the outcome of this issue since it was clearly your mistake not reading the relevant bonus rules carefully, use the negative experience to learn your lesson, move on and stop accusing the casino for something which is clearly your own fault.

if you do not like their terms, why did you deposit in the first place? If you want to bet 5 euro per spin while completing wagering requirements, then make a deposit with your credit card, did you do this? Why do you bother with Trada when 100 of other sites allow 5euro max bet rule on any deposit methods?

 

All i can see here is you could have prevented this yourself - by either not making a deposit and play at another website or reading their bonus terms successfully or by depositing with a credit card ( provided you read the bonus terms to know this ).

 

I see their terms have been updated on 22 June 2106, but we cannot say for sure what they modified, so if you want to really want to prove them wrong, do you have any evidence or even a screenshot with their bonus terms prior to 22 June?

 

I think you caused yourself to be in this situation, so move on and accept the outcome.

It doesn't matter which casino you go to the max bet rule will always be in place! If you don't want to be restricted then don't take any bonus funds, it's that simple.
