Hertat.com non-payment and neglience issue (Igame)

Dear Askgamblers

 

I need to ask for your help on how to solve this issue. Hertat.com did not pay me and closed my account. I made a complaint here and they stopped responding. Now they added the game I played to the "not allowed games"- ist AFTER all this, and when I played it the game was accepted. Game was not listed here at the time I played, but only added after this incident.

So you were playing Devil's Delight with your own funds no bonus funds and this game is still restricted? Even with your own funds?

Unfortunately, the aforementioned casino failed to respond within the given 96-hours available for response as per the AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service rules and we had no other chance but to close the case as Unresolved.
