I withdrew £700 which they say they processed on the 9th June and still waiting. Are you sure you gave them the right iban and swift code? I remember once (not at this casino a different one) I had one digit wrong and the withdrawal didn't go through. It was returned to the casino and I had to re-submit the withdrawal. But it does seem strange that you haven't received the funds especially when they state their withdrawal time frame for this payment method is 24-72 hours! I know it's frustrating but I think it would be a good idea to just wait until the 23rd now like they have suggested and then see what happens. So today would only be the 7th business day. When i do wire transfers from Neteller to my Debit/Credit card, it took about 8 days the first time and the 2nd time 5 days. So its different all the time. Plus as far as i know with us, when the money hits the bank, they check where its coming from, it needs to bypass the reserve bank and exchange control and then only placed in your account. Foreign payments also needs to be released by you and you need to explain sometimes where the funds are coming from. As mentioned this is how complicated things can get in South Africa for foreign payments. Not sure if this apply in your country. I am sure it will come give it up until the 10th business day before opening an official complaint. Good Luck and hope you get all your money soon. But Wire transfers normally takes anywhere from 5 - 10 business days. Also note sometimes banks hold your money as well and release it when they feel like it. This happens, they will invest and gamble with it making interest etc. I mean my bank would even still charge me conversion rate per USD to my currency. You never know. Did you by any chance call the call centre of your bank and ask if anything is on hold for you. Because i did this once and they explained to me it has reached my bank but it needs to stay on hold for 2 days because of certain checks they were doing. Like the other forum members said already, keep in mind that an international bank transfer could take some time, actually anywhere between couple of days to couple of weeks, usually 3-5 business days. Providing the fact that you are most probably UK player /you mentioned casino owe you 700 GBP/, I wouldn't expect such bank transfer to take more than 5 business days at the worst delay scenario. They've given me no time scale at all, they just keep saying their finance department are investigating and to be patient. I emailed very politely asking if they had an update and got that very rude response. Seems to be the same two people emailing me,if I email a complaint, it will go to the person I'm complaining about. Keep us updated and I hope it gets resolved soon for you. When opening a complaint try and give as much information as possible. If you need help you know where we are!
