In terms of Customer Service and Support, i let it slide about 2 - 3 times, after that i am Gatvol and will leave. Withdrawals problems for sure would hold me back from playing at a casino game. Like Shafiek said a game that didn't pay after 33 spins certainly wouldn't stop me playing at the casino altogether, I'd probably just leave that game alone for a while. I warned them over and over again.... Don't take 48 and 96 and more hours to process my withdrawals. Don't. At least remove the REVERSE OPTION. they did nothing. Pending periods and po easing times were ridiculous. So...... Buh bye They all saw a a lot of game play. All they had to do was block the reverse option. The response had absolutely nothing to do with my problem, they responded and their answer make no sense, They're about to lose a player for a game error that was less than €100 Even though I blame the game provider for the glitch, it is the casinos responsibility to make sure that I got a proper response to the problem, I went through this along time ago as you want no with a certain casino and it got out of hand, I learned a long time ago not to get stressed out anymore, if this problem is not good fixed by Monday or Tuesday at the latest, a permanent exclusion will be placed and goodbye, I will Miss them. Talked to live chat and sent screenshots maybe 5-6 times, the problem was still there so just stopped depositing. Moved on to other casinos, Playamo for one. Since Rivo got shut down will have to look for some other good pure Novamatic casino. There are so many great casinos out there at the moment if a problem persists at one casino that you simply can't get a resolution that is satisfactory to you then there are plenty more you can move on to.
