Hoping someone else can give me tips on how to get moneystorm to payout winnings. ..I played with the no deposit bonus and managed to make 150 dollars that I "could withdraw "...I played a bit on it and got it to 219 and opened a ticket to request the withdrawal on June 2nd and I understand that they say it takes 3 business days to get a response however I'm now at the 4th business day and I still have not received any information nor has my ticket been touched. .I've read some pretty bad reviews on here but I'd really like to get that money and I wonder if there's any tricks or tips on dealing with them

Sorry to hear your having some withdrawal issues at this casino. I've just checked their complaint history and it does indeed seem there have been problems mainly relating to payment issues.

 

As it is your first withdrawal I would expect it to take a bit longer but you certainly should be receiving some communication from them. Have you sent in your documents yet for verification?

 

Also I'm not familiar with the casino myself, do they have live chat or do you have to communicate via email?

Hello Croy1908 and welcome to Askgamblers

 

I have played at Moneystorm casino which is similar to AC casino. One thing i can confirm is that their no deposit bonuses is cashable once you completed wagering requirements, but please read the fine print regarding their no deposit bonuses, you can only withdraw 1/2 of the no deposit amount received and obviously you will have to make a deposit to withdraw the winnings from a no deposit bonus. Not sure what the deposit amount is.

 

So if you received $50 no deposit bonus , the maximum withdrawal would be $25, if you received the $255 signup no deposit bonus then you can withdraw $127.50.

 

I have never made a deposit here and if the no deposit bonus was very small i don't think it would be worth the trouble and hassle

I know it's not a big consolation, but I had similar experience with these brands too... Won only once and waited for over 3 months to get a measly $100 withdrawal.
