pharaldo1
Hello AskGamblers, This is a cool site its a good thing that peoples complaints seems taken serious in here.\ I`ve just been notified by AskGamblers that my complaint is declared resolved. and now closed The involved online casino handed over to AskGamblers all the evidence regarding my complaint AskGamblers decided after looking into that evidence that clearly is shown i `ve breached terms and conditions of bonus rules.. It is already closed down and my complaint is declared to be resolved. Thats nice for the online casino involved and i guess it is nice for the AskGamblers resolving statistics as well but does this really resolve my complaint? why is the "clear" evidence provided by the casino shared nor shown ? It seems that the complaining people just have to take your word for it that the evidence of the casino is authentic proof and to be trusted and is not manipulated in any way. by anyone I`m only human and despite my fair playing intentions at the casino , when playing for several hours it is impossible to rule out 100% any unintentional mistake made on my behalf due to a loss of concentration .for example . I would like to know how many times did i breach and violate the terms and in what game , was this foulplay right from the start and the amount of money was buildup by this or were there already thousands euro`s made before the foulplay occured. Why take away all winnings when it would be more fair only to void any profits that s won as direcrt result of foulplay. Show me or even all people the evidence and in case i am proven to be wrong i will be the first one to appollogise to the casino involved. greets Pharaldo
ValDes
Hi Pharaldo and welcome to AskGamblers Forum. Usually, we do not discuss both opened and already closed complaints in the forum. Moreover, we are obliged to follow our own AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service Terms and procedures, meaning we are not allowed to post publicly complaints related specifics unless which we were provided with during the course of the complaints process. However, I will be more than happy to assist and provide you with the relevant answers to the questions you raised here, including but not limited to the number of times you violated the bonus terms and the game where it happened. Please send me an email or PM. Thank you. cocopop3011 and Awena
cyp1
Surprisingly big percentage of complaints end up with a big smily face logo even tho they are found in favor of the casino and the player does not get paid. Would it be fair to reveal the actual percentages? There is obviously a conflict of interest. The site Askgamblers get paid by the casinos, and not so many players would register if the reviews were bad, so there is a motive to keep the ratings as high as possible. The casino operators also have a option to delete any unwanted reviews. How to solve this conflict of interest?

I can assure you that reviews are not deleted. If you even bothered to take some time to read through some reviews you'll see our site has both good and bad reviews. And those complaints that are marked resolved even when the player doesn't get paid are most probably because the player breached the casinos terms and conditions. You think a player should still be paid or that we shouldn't mark it resolved!!!!!!

In other words, AskGamblers Complaints Team had enough information and evidence gathered during the complaints process to rule who's right and who's wrong in the raised dispute. You have two accepted complaints: http://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/withdrawal-declined-support-giving-diff-reasons Obviously a ''big smiley face'', simply because you have been found breaching one or more bonus terms. http://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/winnings-removed-support-not-answering Obviously a ''big sad face'', simply because we were not presented within the given time frame with the relevant evidence to confirm the casino actions were in compliance with their own rules. As for the totally groundless 'conflict of interests' thoughts you shared with us, let me just remind you that there's a detailed summary for the AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service throughout 2015 /and previous years as well / which you could easily find and read. For your convenience, below is the link to the 2015 summary.
