vtyyppi
Hello! I think this is my first big win from casino. It was a microgaming slot. Casino support gave me information that "All the materials are examined by Microgaming" Is this true, is it normal procedure that Microgaming investigates big wins for casinos? Or is this casino strategy to delay the payment? Casino can't tell me how long Microgaming is doing the investigation. And Microgaming does not have support for players. I got email: "As a software supplier we are unable to help with specific gameplay or account-related questions" So I can't even confirm that Microgaming is doing some kind of investigation or ask can they estimate how long this will take. Mobcasinos
Well It looks like they want to know how the player win so big in a particular games they made. It is normal to them to investigate so they will know if it's a genuine win or it was caused by a software bug. If it's a bug then they make a fix for it to prevent it happening again. Hi and welcome to the forum. So...let me get this right. You had a single big win at a casino whilst playing a Microgaming Slot and now Microgaming themselves have informed you they are investigating this big win? Or...you won big in a Microgaming casino, requested a withdrawal and now they are investigating your win before they can pay you?

Or...you won big in a Microgaming casino, requested a withdrawal and now they are investigating your win before they can pay you? The Casino where I played, has told me that Microgaming is investigating. But I cannot confirm that from Microgaming. And this was casino which provides games from different casino providers, Microgaming, Netent.... When I played, I did not do any special tricks. I only played with constant bet. And the win was double of the amount what I had lost on that day to that same game. So I don't think there is anything odd with this win. My only concern is that the casino tries to delay the payment and this is some kind of excuse. They stopped the payments of my old wins also. vtyyppi
Win was five days ago. And the problem is this, now when the casino says, that Microgaming, and not the casino where I was playing, is doing the investigations, I cannot but any pressure to the casino and ask why this takes so long time. And I don't have any support in Microgaming. I cannot contact them and ask estimates when this investigation is over. I don't really know are they doing any investigations. I only have the casino's word, that Microgaming "has the ball". So what I really would like to know is, have your winnings ever been investigated by Microgaming and how long this will normally take? ValDes
Hello vtyyppi and welcome to AskGamblers. In my humble opinion, the casino in question is simply delaying the payment and giving you the runaround with this weird 'Microgaming investigation'. As far as I know, MG is not conducting such investigations on neither small or big wins, simply because they have more than enough sophisticated methods and internal checks already implemented into their systems with the purpose of scanning, identifying and reporting any unusual casino game behavior. The only 'big wins' they audit is the jackpot ones, probably due to the fact that they are paying the jackpots. In your place, I would start considering the option to use AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service. Icymod
vtyyppi
Now the casino's online support gave me information that it will take two or more weeks to Microgaming to investigate this. And still they say that casino is not doing the investigation, Microgaming is doing. This casino has Ask Gamblers "certificate of trust", so it is in that list of only 23 casinos, we should trust.. Casino's support email has not answered my emails in days, I only get some information from online chat support. Maybe I should fire complaint... vtyyppi
This just started to look so bad. I filed complaint. It seems that it will be showed public in few days. The casino is Grand Rio and in this moment the web site says it is on maintenance! They owe me 21 000 euros! I calculated that I waged about 100 000 euros in Microgaming's Jackpot slot Mega Moolah Isis, so in my opinion Microgaming company is also part of this case.Because part of the money has gone to Microgaming. I withdrew 700$ on my first deposit there and got 400$ in the morning and the rest $300 the next day because they had a daily limit of $400 for withdrawals. They looked like a decent casino so I hope you get your winnings. Was it a Jackpot win or regular play win?

I found this casino here from AskGamblers site's Trusted Casinos list. At first every thing seemed to be fine with this casino. I got my first withdrawal of 400€ to my Skrill account on same day. They managed to process 4 withdrawals. But now everything is stopped. I have contacted Curacao gaming authorities and asked help from there, how should I continue from here. The casino has 6000 euros per month withdrawal limit for VIP players, so withdrawal time of my winnings is more than three months. So I think that casino should have a lot of time to pay me. You'll just have to wait and see how it goes and what they respond in the complaint. For future references if you play big look for casinos that have high monthly withdrawal limits. Hope you get your winnings.
MarkoD
I'm grateful for sites like askgamblers. The casinos now feel more obliged to play fairly and pay out winners. Because such incident can harm their reputation. cocopop3011
