smokeymax
I joined playhippo about 3 months ago. After playing for a while I decided to take a cooling off period for 4 weeks. I then received an e-mail from them advising that my cooling off period was over and that I was able to play again and all features of my account were now enabled. I logged back in and deposited a couple of times then I won £1700. I withdrew this amount from my account however 2 days later I received an e-mail from everymatrix telling me that I am self excluded from one of their sister site and that my winnings and deposits are void. I have tried to contact them explaining that they allowed me to open an account and emailed me after my cooling off period to say I can play again but they won't reply. Hello and welcome to AskGamblers. Sorry to hear about your problem with EveryMatrix. My advice would be to consider the idea of using AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service and submit a case against the aforementioned casino in case you believe you were not treated right. Afi4wins
One more blardy nasty rule that WORKS PURELY FOR THE CASINOS!!! Just as for that blardy phrase 'any malfunction voids all wins'! Everything has been laid out for the casino's benefit...what about for us players???!!! Just as with all legally binding contracts too...the owner is always on the winning side!
