My Velobet account was recently closed and approximately £1,700 in winnings confiscated under vague “anti-fraud” allegations.

I did not use bonuses, there were no chargebacks, and no fraudulent payment activity occurred. Despite several emails, the operator has refused to identify the exact conduct allegedly breached or provide any evidence supporting the confiscation.

The explanations provided changed during correspondence. Initially, the issue appeared connected to another site under the same operator group, but Velobet later stated they operate as an “independent standalone website” while still maintaining the confiscation decision.

The Terms & Conditions do not clearly disclose that accounts across separate brands/websites may result in confiscation of winnings.

Velobet has relied on broad anti-fraud wording and vague references to “cheating” or “misuse of the platform” without identifying any specific prohibited activity.

I have requested:

  • the exact Terms clause relied upon,

  • clarification of the alleged breach,

  • and evidence supporting the decision,

but no meaningful detail has been provided.

I am posting this complaint to seek assistance and transparency regarding the confiscated winnings and the operator’s handling of the matter.

Did you manage to obtain anything you asked for from the casino yet? This is always such a tricky term when it's used.
