To be honest I can't reply respond to your problem since I don't understand what you have written. Please could you try to explain in better English what the problem is.

No idea what you wrote, but if you are talking about match deposit bonus the terms are if you deposit 20 and get 20 bonus money, you have no maximum cash out only if your balance doesn't drop under the initial 20 bonus. Cash balance is played first, if  you start playing with bonus money the maximum cash out was initial deposit + bonus amount. Crappy terms but the casino does pay and it is under 24 hours to e-wallets. Recommend you play with cash only in Novamatic casinos.
