well eventually it will mean those customers that had an account at more than 1 of those sister sites will merge into one but they will likely have to decide which one they want to keep as usually when there is a merger they move all accounts but their system would notice that some accounts have the same email. remember back when 32red and all those sister sites customers got moved. dash, Nedplay, Golden Lounge and eventually Roxy Palace.
