mrlou2132
Yes, it was visa fast funds....they say they have no timeframe of when I will be paid but the money is safe. They say I can't cancel either.
mrlou2132
They just told me that the problem was resolved and I should be expecting my $. They still give no timeframe. I think it's a way to buy time. They have been telling me that some of the people affected by the delay, are receiving funds but until now the problem wasn't solved. If the problem wasn't solved until now, how were people getting $?
mrlou2132
Now they say that payouts requested from now on, will have no problem but the batch affected is still delayed
fb_996750667039128
Yea so keep giving them money to try again and see if you get paid. No thanks. Probably need to avoid them for awhile to see if the issues continue. Just my opinion.
cocopop3011
Now they say that payouts requested from now on, will have no problem but the batch affected is still delayed Sounds like a very convenient excuse to me! So if you make another withdrawal (which you won't because your not going to deposit again till you get your money) it will be fine, but your current withdrawal still has problems!!! Yeah okay! I'm not really sure what to say from here on...but if I'm honest I very much doubt you are going to receive the funds. But again I keep my fingers crossed for you too. partyhummel
partyhummel
I got an email today stating that the withdrawal had "technical problems" and was put back in my account. They said I could resubmit my withdrawl and that they would expedite it and would waive the $50 fee. Wow thats great that they would waive a fee that was not required the first time and reduced the amount I could withdraw from $3000 down to $2400. So I will need two withdrawls to try to get what I should have had over a month ago. And now it starts all over again. Guess they will also expect a thank you! I will update on here as soon as this fiasco is finished. I would suggest this message as candidate for the worst customer disappreciation of 2016... I guess that has great chances to win the cup. speechless... to me there should be an ayor to the name: at your own risk...

fb_996750667039128
Sorry to hear MrLou. I am going on 49 days not paid. Seems they are soending all of their time and efforts trying to come up with creative excuses rather than resolving their issues. If anyone is still playing at this casino they should know they will not be paid for any winnings.

fb_996750667039128
They put the funds back in my account and I had to withdrawal again. The claimed they would expidite it. They limited me to $2400. That was done last week. Today still no funds. They sent a response to an email today telling me it would be around April 27th before I can expect to see my funds. That will be 57 days if it happens. I am reading on other forums that no one is being paid since February at least. Just an FYI. No one should be playing on Bovada or Bodog right now. fb_996750667039128
MrLou, eventually yours too will be put back in your account and you will be told to withdraw it again and thry will expidite it for you. Lol. Its just another way to stall! The money is just a number in your account. It may never actually leave their possession. Sorry for the cold water but I have reasearched other forums and do not see snyone with a different story. mrlou2132
mrlou2132
can understand how it might appear that way; however, I assure you this is not a monetary problem for us. As a private international gaming company, to maintain discretion there are several hoops your withdrawal has to go through before reaching your account. Your withdrawal with Reference Number 387567003 for $2900 was delayed in transit through one of those hoops. Normally when your withdrawal has been delayed beyond the approximate time frame, we ask for documentation in order to trace the funds and find out what happened; however, in this case we can confirm your funds will reach your card ending **** 7033, we just can't provide a delivery estimate at this time. We appreciate your continued patience as we work diligently to resolve this delay in its entirety. That is the latest.

fb_996750667039128
Now why would they need documentation from us, meaning our bank statements, to trace funds that were initiated by them and not yet reached our account? They are the ones who have the routing numbers, ACH tracking numbers or whatever else they need to track the funds! If they can not track money that comes from them to their provider to be passed on to us then they need to get the ***** out of the money business. They know that the funds have not reached our accounts! It is an obvious stall. Tomorrow it will be 51 days for me. All the while they keep assuring me that the funds are safe. How the ***** do they know that if they ask for my bank statements because they don't know where the money is at or when I might get it? Bull S**T. You WILL get the funds put back into your account and then you can start the entire process over. Buys them time. For them, its not money, its just a number in an account. Its not actually cash until its in your hands and out of theirs. I wish you luck! DONT EVER PLAY HERE AGAIN.
fb_996750667039128
They will say they cant put it back in your account or allow you to change your withdrawal method for days. Then they will do it all on their own. Buys them time. Starts the clock all over. They will tell you that the new withdrawal will be expedited because they are so sorry its been so long. LOL. I think they are working a Ponzi scheme and are not very good at it or it has caught up with them. I hope for us I am wrong. I have a lot of money at stake myself. I will assure you I will never be in this situation again with Bovada! Again good luck and I hope soon this will just be a distant bad memory for us! cocopop3011
I have to admit I can't see why having documentation would make any difference to the withdrawal and the so called "hoop" it failed to go through!
ValDes
Must admit that what's happening with Bovada recently is rather concerning to say the least.. Looking at their recent complaints history with AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service could actually say more than a thousand words. They have always been a serious operator, who cares about their customers great experience and paying on time. Not sure what is going on here, but sincerely hope that's only some temporary financial difficulties and they could soon catch up and return on the fast payout track. Unfortunately, if they keep stalling payments for just a few more months, there won't be many players left who would ever deposit a dime with them. By the way, I strongly encourage all players having troubles with Bovada to forward their issues to the casino's licensing authority too. In this case it is the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. You could find more about it, including to complaints related matters, here. Awena and cocopop3011
fb_996750667039128
Still not paid. 59 days. Same script email responses start all over again. Doesn't look like anyone has been paid. fb_996750667039128
Finally paid today. I had given up on getting paid. I will never play on Bovada again. Shame but the reward is not worth the risk. At least for me. I expect to lose often as that is the nature of the beast. What I wont tolerate is to win legitimately and go through the hassles and possibly not be paid winnings. Dodged a bullet. Wont happen again. hajnrih and cocopop3011
