Withdrawal problem

Hi all just wondering if any of you can help me ? I made a withdrawal from a casino site then decided to close my account so I wouldn't reverse the withdrawal or put all the money back on and the casino site won't give me the money now are they allowed to do that ?

First of all does the withdrawal was already processed then you closed your account? Or do you tell them that you will close your account after you withdraw all of your winnings? Seems it's like a "reverse psychology" or a "hit and run" anyway can you expound what happen? Do you talk to them, email them or contact them?

What type of casino are you pertaining so that i can see their terms and condition if that's your cased i advise that you file a complaint here at Askgamblers so that you will have the rights to get your winnings.

Did you ask the casino to close your account permanently or to self exclude for a period of time?

Hi I havnt asked them to close my account at all. There saying they have received an email with my email linked to it saying that I want to close my account because I've got a gambling addiction so they had to close it but I didn't send that email lol I really don't know what's going on

Oh okay, it's just in your first post you said you asked them to close your account so you wouldn't reverse the money?

Yeah I've told them loads of times I don't want it to be closed but they keep saying they are investigating it if I don't hear a reply from them by 2moro I'm going to make a complaint.

I've played at Bingocams, some time ago now but I never made a withdrawal. Unfortunately I never made a withdrawal there so I can't speak from personal experience. What has happened so far with your withdrawal? Were you winnings from bingo or slots?
