Rizk Casino Misleading Advertisement

I was watching the annoying advertisement on TV about their fantastic "ZERO wagering requirements on your winnings" (in Norwegian).

But in the Bonus Terms and Conditions i find this:

"All casino bonuses need to be wagered a minimum of 35 (thirty five) times before the funds can be withdrawn. For 150% (or above) bonuses have to be wagered 40 (forty) times, 200% (or above) bonuses have to be wagered 45 (Forty Five) times."

Rizk casino = JUST BULLSHIT!?!?

Hmmm..well it's hard for me to comment on this one because we don't have an advert here for in the UK for this casino.

However I think you're being mistaken. When you have free spins from the casino, like the sign up free spins any winnings come with absolutely no wagering requirements. The term that you are referring to in their terms and conditions is in relation to your deposit bonuses. So if you deposit and get a 100% welcome bonus, this will of course come with wagering requirements, the ones you quoted above.

So I don't believe in this occasion there is any false advertising, maybe just a misunderstanding?

I saw someone (probably you) made this same thread somewhere else, so I'll just repeat the feedback.

But the ad is talking about the rewards, which are wager free. I.e. the FS, chips, jackpots you can score from the Wheel of Rizk

The bonus terms only apply to match bonus. Therefore it's not wrong, just vague.

Aha! As I thought. Like I said I haven't seen the advert but it sounds as if its the free spins there are talking about.

Considering someone won 1000€ wager free on the wheel of Rizk I would say they are bloody generous! Far more generous than some casinos and giving Videoslots serious competition!

Wow, that's great someone one that! Like the bonus wheel at Casino Heroes the £500 top prize which I won once came with wagering which was completely ridiculous I would have preferred not to have win it!

I am not saying it is wrong or false, i'm saying it's misleading.. I found a complaint against a betfair ad that  was upheld by ASA, and it is very similar to the ad from rizk. When they just say "winnings" how can new players know that it only applies to the wheel of rizk?

Well the advert is will obviously 'advertise' it's best assets in order to get players to head to their laptops and take a look at the site. It is then the players responsibility to check the terms and conditions before registering. You'd then know that there are wagering requirements for bonuses.
