Casino room

Recommended Posts

Hi i am wondering if anyone has had any dramas with the online casino Casino room?I made a withdrawal 4 days ago and was emailed back with a request to send a screen shot of my Neteller account for verification. In the email it did not state an email address to do so.So i replied to that email. When i did not receive anything back i went to live chat where they gave me the correct email address. After hours of waiting again i contacted them again this time i was told my withdrawal had been sent i then checked my neteller account history and could not find the transaction.I contacted them again and explained this and was then told that the withdrawal was on hold until the id security check department approved this. After no correspondence i again contacted them and was informed that they were waiting for me to send a screen shot of my neteller account transaction history so as they could investigate this as my withdrawal had been sent.I then asked to speak to the support member i had earlier who informed it was a simple case of approval of my account. When i asked that he pls verify if my withdrawal had actually been sent or if it was awaiting identification approval he said he could not tell me that.I have contacted the idcheck department many times to confirm this but without response.I am concerned that i will not get my withdrawal.I know one thing i am dealing with a casino that has support members that give wrong information and obviously do not communicate very well. Please let me know your thoughts and experiences with this casino on this matter.

Thanks

Hi Shan, and welcome to Askgamblers forum. :hi:

I have been with Casino Room for 4 or 5 years now and have not had any problems with the casino. I find them completely reliable and trustworthy! In fact, Casino Room is my number 2 top favourite non-playtech casino (by non-Playtech, I mean they don't use a Playtech platform but other platform/s, such as NetEnt, Microgaming, and so forth).

In this real world, nothing is the same for everyone! Whilst most others are okay with 1 casino, a few will have problems...and vice versa. A natural balance. Take me for example. I would say 99% love Microgaming casinos and are doing okay with them. But for me, all of MG casinos are a JINX...even the best ones!!! No need to try to understand why...just accept it as nature's way of balancing equilibrium!

Another example...Fruity Casa Casino. Whilst all other members are loving the casino...I had a nightmare with it!!!

Very similar to your case! You can read what happened to me at this link...

My advice to you Shan...don't panic...don't do anything harsh or stupid...besides getting angry that is. Things will work out for you eventually, it's just a matter of time! A flat tire doesn't stay flat for long! ^_^

Hello Shan

I believe you have already been given great advice from Afi. What I would suggest is that you ask for a final answer as to what exactly has happened with your withdrawal. Has it been processed and just not received or it it waiting for approval. Ask live chat what they are currently doing to resolve the problem and wait for a timescale.

If however you are not happy with the outcome you can of  course Submit a Complaint.

Hahaha...thank you for the nice compliments COOL-ivert! ^_^

A very good suggestion there Coolivert...setting myself up at brick and mortar casinos...to calm angry gamblers down! Hahaha.

Trouble is...I will need several thousand clones of me to cover every B&M casino! :D

Today (yesterday at my place), I received 100 wager-free spins on the game Mr Vegas...

from the wonderful Casino Room Manager...in appreciation of my good review of the casino! Whooopie! :yahoo:

I played that game...it wasn't that good...but I won free $29.45! Yeeeepie! :yahoo:

Then I switched over to my new favourite...Starburst...and got my balance up to $55.00! Yappa-yappa-dooo! :yahoo:

Tomorrow I'll get a nice $55 present in my Neteller...Mr Room Manager...THANK YOUUUUU!!! :yahoo: :yahoo:

Wow you get free spins for positive reviews? That's great. Do you think amateur/ freelance bloggers can get those kinds of deals, too?

Oooops! Pardon me mi Lady! I had missed out some very important words from my earlier post! :p

That 100 wager-free spins was given to me by the Casino Manager as a reward for having reached the final planet (Magnitude Of Midas). Every real money spin you make, playing any slot game you like, gets 1 or more Experience Point/s (XPs), depending on each bet size. To reach the final planet, you need to collect about 250,000 XPs. That's roughly about 250,000 spins at minimal bets all the way! That's a lot, hah?!  :D

But, for new players, whenever a new planet is reached, they do get a reward each and every time - additional free XPS and cash money too, ranging from $1 - $5, depending on the planet. A lot of new players enjoy playing and keeping track of their progress along this space trek, which can be seen in the 'My Missions' section.

Hope this is clear now. Sorry for the earlier 'missed-out'. ^_^

Congrats on your winnings Afi - Nothing better than free money! And well done Casino Room and the fast withdrawal.

Thank you Sharon darling! :hi:

I'm really glad that Casino Room has made several payments to me within a few hours.

Just show how much they are improving all the time!  :good:

I've played at Casino Room just once and it was a few years ago now I remember that it was a complete nightmare signing up I had loads of problems and if I remember rightly couldn't verify my email.

I've never returned to see how they've changed, but maybe I should considering they are a casino that actually accepts UK players still!

OMG! (that's Oh my Guru! :D)

You haven't played at Casino Room for years?! Oh booy...what you like to play, they probably have it there by now...except if you are one of those diehard MG fans...then too bad...not many of MG games available. You should give it another look Sharon darling. Maybe you'll soon get stuck in Room like I have been for years now...hehehe. ;)

My years of being a die hard MG fan died a long time ago unfortunately. I will definitely take a look Afi, see if I can retrieve my log in details.

You can log in using your email address...if you can remember which email address you had used before.

Otherwise, just click 'Forgotten Password'...or better still, click on 'Customer Support Chat' at bottom right of screen and ask them to get your details for you. She will then ask you for full name and address.

Good luck! ^_^

Yep I think support will be the best option for me here because I remember I had to keep changing my email address when I registered because it never sent me a verification email, so I have absolutely no idea which email address would be registered!  :p
