My username is Isildurr900One week ago i create my account on 888 i made my first deposit with skrill (10$) and i built a bankroll of 2700$My account was suspended for the first time because the support need the documents for the verification, i ve sended them and in one day they send me an email my account has been verified and the documents accepted and account unlocked! Ok..After 2 days i decide to cashout 2200$.. 3 hours after my cashout request i tried to login in my account but, surprise.... my account has been locked for the second time!"Your account has been temporanelly suspended please check your inbox "Ok i check my inbox and i found this email:With regards to your query concerning your poker account, be advised that our Operations department had reviewed the documents that you have supplied us with and it has been decided that we are unable to accept them for verification purposes.Please refrain from opening further accounts with any gaming site operated by any entity within the 888 Group (specifically including Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Ltd and 888 UK Limited). Such accounts will be closed as soon as they are detected and the relevant operator may, at its sole discretion, withhold all deposited and related monies in relation to such accounts. ARE YOU JOKING WITH ME?How can is possible now my documens are not valid if 4 days ago you ve accepted and verified my documents and my account?I tried to write some message to the support and operations team but they ignore me!Can you help me in this forum?There is a support member of 888 here?Please help me! Hello Isildurr900 and welcome to the forum, Unfortunately this particular brand has been having a lot of problems but they have been working hard to reslove their issues. Your case in particular seems a bit odd. I don't see how your account can be verified one moment and then unverified and your account blocked. There is definitely more to this case and seen as though you're not getting any luck with your emails my advice would be to Submit a Complaint. Please remember to include as much information as you can about the issue the complaint along quicker. If you need anything let me know. Unfortunately, we are not able to help you with this issue as AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service is dealing with casino related problems only. In this particular situation my advice would be to forward your case in font of the relevant licensing authority directly and ask them for proper assistance. Good luck.
