Hello,

I wish to join up with RedBet, and was wondering what kind of experiences the forum may have had with this casino. It's rated #4 out of 1k casinos with a 9.3 star rating, and seems trust worthy. I'd prefer to use PayPal, but i think i can manage with using my MasterCard. I'm currently reviewing T&S to make sure i don't get played like a fool. Opinions? Thoughts? Tips & Tricks?

Edit - I've read the T&S, and the only thing that may stop me from choosing RedBet is what i posted below ( post #3 ). Hopefully it will allow me to use my german address, and bank account to play with.

If your ID documents state USA then you can't play in the casino, Not a lot of casinos that accept US players.

The only documents that i can provide that have my German address are an electric bill. My photo ID is from the US, and most other documents that can prove my identity come from the same origin. So i guess i cannot play at this casino. Do you know any casinos listed on this website that allow US based customers?

I've contacted support, and they seem very helpful. So far everything is going smooth. The only thing i'm stuck on is the banking side of things. They allowed me to create an account with them using my german address, but when i went to try to make a deposit some "road blocks" came up. I've recontacted with their support and eagerly await their answer. Hopefully everything works out in my favor

Okay so this is interesting actually. So you contacted support and informed them of your residency situation and they told you it's okay to play? As a matter of interest did you ask about if you withdrew?

I received their reply, and they gave me some thorough instructions on how to have my account validated, and that the finance department was cool as long as i follow the rules in T&S, as well as the instructions in the email. So it seems i will be able to play at RedBet. The people at this casino have made me feel welcome, and i am confident i will enjoy my time at this casino. Once i play a few of the games with real money i will ensure they get a positive review on AskGamblers.

@ValDes They gave me a few options based on my situation. They are going to allow me to deposit with my MasterCard, and withdraw with a Skrill account. Somethin' along those lines. Before anything i'm going to make sure i go over the T&S again, and send in my docs. Oh, off topic, Can i post support e-mails i get from them to this forum? I think it might help others in my situation if i can provide some details on how US based players can play overseas.

How strict is RedBet when it comes to verification documents? For example, the picture i take is kinda *****, but its the best one i can get. I'm assuming as long as they can read my name, and any of the identifiers they need i should be ok. Also ( this is probably best asked to RedBet ) would they accept my government ID card if they do not like my driver's ID from the states?

Well yes your documents would need to be clear so they can see who you are and read the information associated with it. Usually a drivers license/passport is what they ask for but since not everyone has these a government issued ID card is fine. But again it's best to ask support since they are the ones that will be asking for them.

 

And ... yes you can post your emails here just take out any personal information first.

Like Sharon advised above, it is important for the presented screenshots to be clear enough. Usually that means all 4 edges clearly visible and a high resolution used when taking that screenshot.

Well all stories must have an end right?

Turns out the rule i stated out before any of this, clause 14.2 of RedBets T&C , prevents me from playing. I've received an e-mail after sending in documentation from the verification office that it violates some of the rules they have in place, and must enforce them. So they have closed my account permanently. Good thing i didn't put any money in!

May i keep this thread open so i can discuss my options here or is there a better place to post a "Where can americans play" thread? On a side note... I had a decent hit today at my local slot hall! I was on my lunch break, and decided to drop 20$ into a machine, and after it took 40$ from me I had a MEGA SYMBOL drop in the middle of the game of wilds, and the highest payout symbol came attached after it. Made a clean break of $181 total cash in hand. The game is called Mastodon. It's my workhorse at the moment. Mastodon, and Mustang Money are my big hitters lately. It turns out that RTG is, from what i see, the primary way for US players to use online casinos. I'm currently looking at All Star Slots and Manhattan Slots. Can anyone tell me if they had an experience with these casinos? RTG software fair and dependable? Now my search begins a new. Really would have liked RedBet ;(

Yep, RTG is the way to go and don't get me wrong this software has some fantastic games but I'd really advise you to do your homework on these casinos before picking the one your going to deposit at. I'm afraid I have no personal experience of RTG Casinos (for real money) but plenty of our members here do so I'm sure you'll get some recommendations soon.

Well, I had my doubts about this from the very beginning... There's simply no way for a reputable casino to let in any player with an active US address and/or citizenship... That's why you have been advised to contact their support and explain the whole situation. Too bad it took them so much time to figure it out though, was kinda expecting a much better quality of their support service which should be able to say from the very beginning ''Sorry, dude, we do not accept players with current US address/citizenship''... 

 

Anyways, I guess that's the end of this topic and strongly encourage you to open a new one in case you would like to share with us some or all your next casino adventures across Europe.
