Sorry to hear your having problems with Hello Casino. Have you considered Submitting a complaint?

Sorry to hear about you having problems with hello casino.

Personally I don't have any trouble with this casino. They processed my withdrawal about 24 hours (including docs approval).

Worst customer service on all their casinos. Awful!

That's a bit strange. I have over 3000 euros in withdrawals from that group of casino and I always got paid. Care to share more details?

They own more then one casino, the customer service is deplorable, I don't feel like explaining everything right now because I just don't want to start any trouble again

First of all, sorry to hear about your withdrawal problems. As cocopop suggested above, feel free to take benefit from AskGamblers Complaints System and submit a complaint against them if you believe your rights were somehow infringed or casino did not follow their own procedures and time frames. Don't forget to read all the relevant complaints guidelines though as it could make the difference between an accepted and rejected complaint.
